McAlister's Deli

McAlister’s is quite literally my favorite restaurant, but I’ve never been to one that can screw up a sandwich like this one! What do you mean a BURNT, BLACK BREAD, sandwich is “toasted” and my only other option is completely cold? What’s the point if you can’t even make a turkey sandwich?

As soon as I walked up to the cashier I let him know my daughter and I had a gluten allergy. He stated they could make almost any item gluten free but never offered me an allergen menu. I ordered a spud max with a mcalisters club, my daughter a kids spud with fruit. The cashier yelled “there’s an allergy change gloves for that order” so I felt good at first but then when a women delivered the food to the table my daughters plate had a cookie on it. I found a worker with a shift lead polo on and asked if the cookie was gluten free and explained I told the cashier of our allergy. She then went on a big explanation of how it isn’t gluten free and why it isn’t like I was mad I wasn’t getting a gluten free cookie when the point was I stated we had an allergy so why was a gluten product that produced crumbs put on her plate? It defeats the glove change and all. We didn’t care we didn’t get a cookie we cared there was gluten on a plate we directly said could not have it. She did however give us a free sandwich coupon when we were leaving which was kind of her. This is also the filthiest mcalisters I’ve ever been in. Dust covered the napkin boxes and all ledges. Bathrooms had very minimal cleaning backs of toilets and TP dispensers were dusty and yucky. Adding photos to show the dust. This was every table not just the ones pictured.

I would never come to this location again. First time I come here and I find a full size cricket inside my sandwich. I take a bite and this thing comes out hanging out of my mouth. At first I thought it was a piece of purple lettuce, I was so wrong.

Their McAlister’s Club is my all time favorite!! I always get extra honey mustard on the side as well because their honey mustard is to die for!!! Soooo yummy!!!

This is a very good place.
I almost signed for their membership rewards program, but then realized where I live does not have a McAlister's restaurant.
I tried their grilled chicken sandwich on rye with sauce on the side and the pecanberry salad. It was very good. It was just enough for dinner.
If they have gelato ice cream here, that would be the best...it can attract more customers. Cappo gelato would be an excellent selection...maybe a separate room and entrance.

Love walking in here. Atmosphere is peaceful, staff is friendly, and food is delicious of course!! Also, love I can get food for my two kids and myself for under $30 and it's healthier!

Always good for lunch.

The website is very confusing. I tried to order lunch for seven people. It was accidently delivered a day early. Also, BUYER BEWARE they do NOT do their own deliveries. It is actually done by DoorDash. So, once I realized the mistake, it was impossible to change or cancel. It was delivered to the wrong location, on the wrong day. It stayed out all afternoon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this company on-line in advance. I'm out 125.00 and I still need to purchase lunch for my group for tomorrow.

Gave them only 3 stars because the app has extra fees to use it. They hide it in the taxes and fees line. Food and service are great.
