I’ve ordered from this location often and have never experienced much an issue before. However, today I placed an online order and one of my two sandwiches was wrong. I hate to be one to complain, as I work in the service industry; it is just frustrating to spend money and then have your food be incorrect. I did not want to drive back and fight with traffic to have my sandwich fixed. Unfortunately, I cannot eat what was given to me as I absolutely despise oil & balsamic on sandwiches which is why I requested to have it removed. Hopefully next time will be better.

Krystin has great customer service skills. I appreciated her kind demeanor. I will say, the not being allowed to swipe card until you manually enter a tip amount is super annoying. There’s not even a button for $0 you have to press “Other” and type it in.

I ordered baked potato. It was good when I start but what. Rotted some big part . I call them and they said sorry missed this potato during baking and offer new one but it was too late. I am giving 2 start just they said sorry and offer new one.

Huge shout-out to Natasha for being so kind, helpful, and awesome. Natasha is probably better at customer service than anyone I've met at any McAlister's Deli location! She will effortlessly connect with you, get to know you, relate to you, and help you, building that much rapport all within the span of a few minutes as you order. As a cashier, Natasha is your first impression of McAlister's Deli, and she knocks it out of the park in that respect. Her kindness will make your day every time. God bless!!!

McAlister's Deli is wonderful! They have delicious and healthy sandwiches, salads made with clean and fresh vegetables, and best of all, McAlister's Famous Tea!!! ? The sandwiches and salads are at the same price point as that of Panera Bread, and it's apparent that McAlister's Deli is a competitor to Panera. But what sets McAllister's Deli apart in the higher-end sandwich and salad industry is McAlister's Famous Tea! ?

The tea is an experience. Make sure to fill your cup to the brim with ice, because McAlister's Deli brews its tea strong and hot. The tea is a perfect combination of flavors, from the earthy bitterness from the premium black tea leaves, balanced by the zing of freshly squeezed lemon! To top it off, add a couple shots of real fruit puree! The best combination is the peach tea. ? ? Recommendation: Add three pumps of peach puree ? to a glass of unsweetened tea ?, and squeeze in two or three slices of lemon. ? The result is perfection! Like a hug in a glass, just the right amount of fruity sweetness, and an excellent source of vitamin C! ?

This was my first time going to a McAlister's, and I wonder why I waited so long to try it. The staff here were professional and friendly. I had the King Club, and it was amazing. It was a huge sandwich, so I could only eat half of it. It took me a minute to figure out how to bite into it.

We had lunch at this location today and it was good. I had a small problem with my order, and I must say it was handled well by the manager on duty. KM was polite and professional, rectifying the situation quickly. Way to go McAlister's for hiring this young lady, she's a keeper!

McAlister's is always a lunchtime favorite of mine. Their club sandwich is always sooo good, love their honey mustard! There are a couple of salads that I really enjoy as well. You can't go wrong choosing this place for lunch!
