Krystin has great customer service skills. I appreciated her kind demeanor. I will say, the not being allowed to swipe card until you manually enter a tip amount is super annoying. There’s not even a button for $0 you have to press “Other” and type it in.

I am a huge fan of McAlister’s, but it is not in my home state. I always need to stop when I travel by one, so that’s why I stopped here. I ordered a baked potato and an iced tea, because those are my 2 favorite menu items. The potato was excellent. It was so large, it filled up the entire plate and was stuffed full of the topping I ordered. The iced tea was so good as well, and I even had it refilled for the trip back! Definitely a great location with good food!
