The sharable Ultimate Nachos were great, and the management staff accommodating to our large group. The food arrived quickly, and the staff was extremely friendly.

*Food* 3/5: generally really good, like Panera’s but a bit faster and delivers to and clears from your table. Self serve drinks, include tea and sodas. Turkey bacon sandwich had little to no bacon though and Mac & Cheese was mostly cheese - not great flavor. Kids meal hot ham and cheese Toastie was good. *Service* 4/5: basic, young and generally helpful employees, though started shutting down tables 2hr before closing (7pm vs 9pm close: stacked chairs, spraying air fresheners around us, bathrooms closed/wet mopped) which was a little disconcerting. *Atmosphere* 4/5: pleasant, sports (wrestling?) on some TVs (but not too many to be distracting) but no basketball (March Madness playoffs), open air seating with tables and booths. Appreciated the fast and hot fresh food. Maybe different sports or March madness basketball would make it 5 star.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and changing table in the bathroom.
