McAlister's is one of our go tos for dinner. My favorite is the Savannah salad although all of the salads are good. The carrot cake is divine and enough for two. The sandwiches are great and the pick two works great

Management seemed entirely unprepared for Sunday Lunch Rush. Had to wait in line 15 minutes to order and then had to wait 30 minutes for our food. Employee taking orders literally walked away from the register mid order without saying anything.

Today was my first time ever eating at McAlister's and everything tasted amazing . I tried a few of their menu options and was thoroughly satisfied with everything from start to finish . If I HAD to critique it and say one thing I'd change ,, I wish the there wasn't so much crust on the cheesecake . If they made their cheesecake crust slightly more thin ,, I wouldn't have any complaints about this place . Like I said...I only tried a few things so I can't give an accurate review on the entire menu ,, but everything I did try hit the spot .

I come here religiously while working. I don't care for fast food. So I love the soup and sandwich combo. They're always very friendly & fast. There was even a time I placed an order for pick up, wound up having an emergency and couldn't pick it up. The manager offered to refund me or make it another day. Exceptional customer services.

There is literally always something missing or wrong with your order from here, including missing ingredients. This tiny half french dip sandwich is the last straw. Sorry

We ordered food for pickup. When we got home, we realized they didn't include several pieces of the food. My nachos were extremely lackluster and had barely anything on them. I truly don't suggest anyone ever go to this store.

NO decaf coffee...was actually told to my face they've NEVER had decaf coffee, NO creamer for the coffee, served old cold food. This was my grandmother's first and last time here.

The food is always good, it's never over cooked or dry and the staff is always friendly.

Great for a quick and healthy bite to eat. Staff was very friendly.

I enjoyed the 'Choose Two' meal.
