Management seemed entirely unprepared for Sunday Lunch Rush. Had to wait in line 15 minutes to order and then had to wait 30 minutes for our food. Employee taking orders literally walked away from the register mid order without saying anything.

Today was my first time ever eating at McAlister's and everything tasted amazing . I tried a few of their menu options and was thoroughly satisfied with everything from start to finish . If I HAD to critique it and say one thing I'd change ,, I wish the there wasn't so much crust on the cheesecake . If they made their cheesecake crust slightly more thin ,, I wouldn't have any complaints about this place . Like I said...I only tried a few things so I can't give an accurate review on the entire menu ,, but everything I did try hit the spot .

I come here religiously while working. I don't care for fast food. So I love the soup and sandwich combo. They're always very friendly & fast. There was even a time I placed an order for pick up, wound up having an emergency and couldn't pick it up. The manager offered to refund me or make it another day. Exceptional customer services.

There is literally always something missing or wrong with your order from here, including missing ingredients. This tiny half french dip sandwich is the last straw. Sorry

We ordered food for pickup. When we got home, we realized they didn't include several pieces of the food. My nachos were extremely lackluster and had barely anything on them. I truly don't suggest anyone ever go to this store.

NO decaf coffee...was actually told to my face they've NEVER had decaf coffee, NO creamer for the coffee, served old cold food. This was my grandmother's first and last time here.

The food is always good, it's never over cooked or dry and the staff is always friendly.

Great for a quick and healthy bite to eat. Staff was very friendly.

I enjoyed the 'Choose Two' meal.
Always. Gives me some variety with my meals. Check them out sometime soon and see what happens for you.

The person I was dining with had to send her food back twice to me remade. After 40 minutes, they requested a refund and never did get to eat.

I recently went to eat with my family and we all ordered the King sandwich. They should look carefully at the price of the add-ons because they advertise that each tube has a price of $1.50 but when you go to the cashier you find that the price is different (for example, the soup is $3.45). It is just misleading advertising. The worst thing was the attitude of the cashier when we asked for information about the price variation. Then we paid and when my receipt came out of the cash register she proceeded to crumple it with her hand. After I asked for my receipt, she gave it to me. I do not recommend it.
