I recently went to eat with my family and we all ordered the King sandwich. They should look carefully at the price of the add-ons because they advertise that each tube has a price of $1.50 but when you go to the cashier you find that the price is different (for example, the soup is $3.45). It is just misleading advertising. The worst thing was the attitude of the cashier when we asked for information about the price variation. Then we paid and when my receipt came out of the cash register she proceeded to crumple it with her hand. After I asked for my receipt, she gave it to me. I do not recommend it.

I always forget to take a photo of my food, but when it’s really good I end up finishing it beforehand ? Anyways, I wanted to express how appreciative I am of the overall experience at this location. Jerod made sure to accommodate my food restrictions, delivered service with a smile, and also came around to check and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. This isn’t the closest McAlister’s to my home, but my next visit will be here; the customer service was truly that great! Highly recommended

I stopped in for lunch and and had the 2 halfsie thingy because I wanted a spud and a salad. The veggie spud was so good...I almost forgot I was on a lunch break!!!! ? It was absolutely delightful with all those tasty veggies, sour cream, and excess of cheese dip sauce which is creamy and dreamy! It was a pleasure eating it. I'll be a late luncher just to get hold of this huge tater! I downloaded the app....Got a free tea out the deal.

I expect more from McAllister. My wife and I ordered a large potato soup to go, along with sandwiches and fruit. We got a large potato salad for $18.00. Really?
The problem is that the Indianapolis 500 is letting out and we cannot drive back to return it and get what we ordered.
Also, unless they've changed their operation, they give a 10% for military active duty and veterans. I showed her my military retired ID, and she acknowledged it, then left it out.
Very disappointing visit to favorite place. Thanks...

We order to go here a lot via the app. We always for the most part have a great experience. There are times when they don't get our customizations correct and/or they forget things such as butter and sour cream for my potato etc. There are times they are completely rude at the pick up window. However, most of the time we have a great experience. They have a lot of menu choices and the food is excellent. They have a nice rewards program via the app where you can earn points for free side items and entrees. I definitely recommend this location!!
