They seem really nice, until you see a manager screaming at an employee for asking another employee when they got off the clock, worst McAlister’s I’ve ever been too, I find it funny my reviews that are AUTHENTIC VIA MY PROFILE, keep getting removed because the GM Brooke is scared about her social life, you reap what you sew I say, Never treat your employees like dirt under your shoes

Doctors ordered an order online for Riley Hospital for staff. All desserts was missing , 1 drink was missing , food was left. We deal with patients all day and expect great customer and food service. We all was excited and love McAlisters but disappointed. Thanks I talked to the manager Brooke and all she said was all door dash and not even apology or try to correct the items THEY LEFT OUT
