A bit confused if this place is fine dining or fine casual or what. In some ways it's bougier than necessary.Staff was nice, a bit overly casual/ friendly which clashed with the ambiance which was like a banquet hall.Prices were much too high for the portions and quality. The food wasn't bad, it was mid, but the price you pay for it makes the rating go down. It's like a nice version of a Red Lobster in some regards. I ordered the Miso fish plate which came with a toddler serving of pasta and 1 fish with a decoration of vegetables at over $30. I was still so hungry after that plate! All in all, the staff are very nice people, the place is clean. They do extra special touches and will go out of their way to please so I'll give them an extra star for all that. Otherwise it would've been a 3- star.

Steaks had good flavor and for the most part done as ordered (medium rare/medium) but actually temperature of the steak was not served hot. Mashed potatoes were served either stone cold or barely warm. The only side to come with the steak was the mashed potato. The dish needed something else perhaps a fresh green bean or Brussel sprout. Macaroni and cheese was more like macaroni and butter. No one ate it.

I think it was an off day. I've dined many times, and this was the first I felt both ignored and rushed at the same time. Very odd experience. Food was fantastic, but service was off. Seemed like they only had one server for the entire lunch crowd.

Giving a special shout-out to our waiter Dwayne, who was both very helpful and very patient with us, as we worked through the choices for wine and food for the evening. He was the consummate gentleman - great job Dwayne!

Sad experience tonight at this M&S - one of our favorite places to eat but this one is not up to par. My food was cold, my 2 nd glass of wine never came out, service was very slow. Do not recommend.

Meal was very rushed. We were (politely) but frequently pushed to order. The main course arrived before we had finished with the salad course. The check was presented at the same time dessert was served. If you are in a hurry, you'll be happy. If you want to enjoy an evening together, you'll want to dine elsewhere. Food was okay. Nothing to write home about. Crab cakes were tasty - if you like crab cake stuffing. Cesar salad was lame. Ice cream was ice cream.

My husband and I visited on January 27, 2024 and could not have been more disappointed in our meal. The calamari was not fresh and served cold. The fries were also stale and cold. We were not told mashed potatoes (gummy) were standard with a meal. My husband ordered the 13 oz ribeye and it was not a $44.50 steak. It looked like a sandwich steak served at a breakfast chain. We complained to our server and she sent the manager to our table. He shrugged his shoulders and insisted the steak was at weight. We each ordered a cocktail which both were diluted. The chocolate lava cake was the “microwave cake in a cup” turned onto a plate. The 6 oz filet was the only item ordered comparable to other fine dining restaurants. There are too many good/better option in the area. Avoid McCormick and Schick’s.

The restaurant environment was clean, quiet and very pleasant. Our table was ready for us when we arrived for our 4:00 reservation. Our server was professional and attentive to our needs. The appetizers were warm and tasty. Our main meal was good. I enjoyed my seafood dish and my wife loved her steak. It was perfectly cooked to her satisfaction. My only issue but this was minor, was my mashed potatoes were cooler than I preferred. The dessert were outstanding. I have previously eaten at this restaurant and I haven't been disappointed with the value and quality of their food.

My date and I ordered from the lunch menu. I had a lump crab sandwich and my date had a shrimp poboy sandwich and both were horrible. The shrimp on the poboy was not seasoned and the batter was mushy it was more lettuce than anything. The crab meat was not seasoned as well, it seemed very very moist more than it should have been, in my opinion. The French fries were literally better than anything else. It's unfortunate the food was not good to us because the restaurant it self is nice in the inside. Also the pricing is very high for their dinners, so if the lunch food was not seasoned I can only imagine their dinner entrees. We were going to get dessert but changed our mind. Sorry to say but we will not try them again.

We had an awesome dinner. Really nice to dinner somewhere that was QUIET. Not sure why, but it wasn't overly busy. DJ (?), our waiter, did a great job of listening to us. He didn't rush us when we said we needed some time to unwind and relax before ordering. He knew the wines and made an excellent recommendation. When we asked about specific entrees, he gave is honest answers about what he thought. We had a truly wonderful evening!

Our food and service was fantastic. Had the filet mignon, which was as tender as butter, Swordfish Casino Royale which was absolute perfection, calamari which was very lightly fried, topped off with a delicious creme brulee! All dishes were outstanding! By far and away the best meal I have had out in quite some time. Our Server, Christy, was extremely efficient and knowledgable. An outstanding experience!

Service was great until my entire arrived to my table. Seems like my server got extremely busy and didn't check on me until I was finishing up my entree. The entree didn't have any flavor. My drink came towards the end of my meal. Once it was time to pay the server forgot that I already gave him my payment and was waiting on him. Once I received my card back I asked was I supposed to receive bread I see other tables with it. He said ‘If I wanted it he would've brought it out'. I shouldn't have to ask for the complementary bread.

The restaurant is very nice inside and clean. Our waiter, DJ I believe was his name, was very good. I ate from the devour menu. My wife ordered from the regular menu. I had an excellent sirloin & mashed potatoes. My wife got crab cakes. It wasn't until she was almost finished when they brought her mashed potatoes and green beans, having forget to send them out with her order. I had a draft beer which I won't name that tasted quite tainted, I told DJ and he took it away and brought me another pour, of the same one it too was bad. So I decided to not mention it any further. I also added the firecracker shrimp to my order which was excellent. The restaurant was quite loud with two tables of 06 or more having no filters to their loudness. We enjoyed the food and when asking for the check were subject to DJ trying to sell us a card to give us discounts at restaurants across the country. We declined after the presentation and paid for our meals and left. We probably will not return for the due to the above stated. Out of a 10 I would rate our experience a 4 at best.

this was a spontaneous decision to go here for devour meal. Although the area we were seated in was pretty quiet the restaurant staff seemed overly busy, and our food came out as if it had been plated for a long time before it was served to us. The Mahi mahi Oscar had just a few wisps of crab and substitute green beans for asparagus. Our waiter said he would stage the meal but appetizers came out before starters, wine came so late we were having it with dessert and he mistakenly gave us a dessert before we even received our main dishes. Other staff gave water to tables near us and despite ours being empty never came to us. Would go back but maybe not on a "busy" eve?
