Went to pick up my mobile order through the drive-thru and they tried to charge me again instead of looking up order. They then asked me to pull forward and about 15 minutes later they came out to ask me what and then 10 minutes later my order came out. A few weeks ago went through drive-thru for shakes and they tried to hand me pure liquid and tried to say that that's how it was supposed to be.

Me and my sister went to McDonald's after a long day of driving we get there and get what we want and we drive home. We get home and we realized the we don't have are fries. Basically what am trying to say is that McDonald's employees don't pay attention we lost 6-4 dollars on large fries I just recommend checking your bag before you leave

I usually try to go there early in the morning before I have to go to work but I quit going there because they're never openWhen they're supposed to be open at 5:00 a.m. More like 6:00 a.m. if I did that at my job I would be fired Today I try to get some food there at 5:15 Apparently they were closed unless I was doordash

I usually stop in the morning to get coffee and maybe a sandwich. I'll order curbside most of the time and today I did the same. When I arrived all the curbside spots were taken so I decided to go through the drive thru. I've never had issues before and today when I pulled up to the drive thru not only did I wait about 5 minutes before anybody came to the speaker but when I told the employee that I had an online order she just told me told me I needed to come and inside and got off the speaker and never came back. If you have such poor customer service and feel the need to be rude to customers than you shouldn't be doing drive thru, you shouldn't be working in customer service for that matter.

I don't like using the kiosk and I don't have the McDonald's app. It's very inconvenient. I'm not able to customize my order properly through the kiosk. This will stop my visits to McDonald's all together.

Never got to do my order no one never came to counter. It was alot of people waiting for food. They were moving so slow, kept looking but never said we will be with u just kept doing other stuff. It was terrible service I will never go to that one again

All I wanted was 2 cheeseburgers. They were fast, cordial and most of all, THEYGAVE ME NAPKINS AND KETCHUP WITHOUT ASKING!

I'm so sick of fast food places not giving out condiments/napkins and make you ask for them. Fckk u places. Napkins should be required by the health depth imo.
