Customers are ignored inside, employees are rude and unhelpful, and orders are left sitting out or mishandled in the drive-thru. The shift manager starts orders but leaves them unfinished for others, then gets upset. Overall, the place is disorganized and poorly managed.
I waited over 10 minutes in the drive through. No one was at the first window for me to pay so I pulled up to the second window. The woman who took my cash was extremely rude. I thanked her, admittedly a bit halfheartedly. She responded by shouting at me. When she returned with my change she threw it at me. It bounced off my glasses and landed outside. Worst part is I think she was the manager. There was a young lady who handed me my food and she was very apologetic and kind.

The food is the best McDonald's breakfast food Ive ever had. I wish I knew the managers name because she's Awesome. Im usually there at about 9 am. They get you in and out, they fix whatever request or problem and that manager loves her job and its obvious. Only reason its not 5 stars is because Ive seen two employees scratch their head, run their hand up their nose and wipe their hands on their clothes. They need some sa citizen back there and need to squirm it every time they have to do something like that but again thee best sandwiches and pancakes. Og and once I locked my keys in my car and they let me use their phone for as long as I needed. There's just a great vibe there.
