I had a troubling experience at McDonald's recently that left me feeling uneasy and dissatisfied. While I was there, I noticed a black lady, who was the manager, picking up items off the floor without washing her hands afterward. When someone addressed the issue of sanitation, she became defensive and caught an attitude. To my surprise, she then made a remark about waiting for Trump to "do his thing," which I felt was a racially charged comment, possibly stemming from the fact that I was speaking Spanish to some of the other employees. I couldn't shake the discomfort of watching her prepare food without proper hygiene after handling dirty items, and I felt that her comment was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, it was an experience that left me feeling disheartened and frustrated.

I guess they got different cooks and staff bcuz they ALWAYS get something wrong now. This location was dope before when it was ran by older latina ladies. Now it's kids and it wack. I'm writing this bcuz they scraped the mustard off my two burgers and added hella ketchup to cover it up....just lazy and gross. Oh, and forgot the pickels, again. Smh

The little short Mexican girl owes me $0.27 for originally what I ordered a McFlurry but instead given me an ice cream cone! This little incident happened at or around 5:15pm on January 24th 2025, not to mention the night of 23rd of January they had a homeless drug addict guy 'sleeping' in the toilet part of their bathroom yet nobody once called 911. All the time they spend talking about PAYING customers they COULD do better with their JOB!

One of those days, again. They managed to lose my order that I paid on the app, my husband and nephew when to pick it up and they gave them the hardest of times. They asked for the order number and they couldn't find it, they asked to see it but he only had a screenshot because it was order from a other phone, they asked for a receipt and he delivered it but since it was a screenshot they treated him like it didn't matter to them, all that making them wait close to an hour for a $40 order that they messed up. Carlos was the manager and he absolutely ignored him while he worked at the fries for over 30 minutes. I absolutely would recommend for the owner to review who is managing this location because the cashier was more the mediator than he was. It was not her job but after those 40 minutes they still got things wrong and forgot other stuff, they just rolled their eyes. I had to go back again to receive the rest of the order. I wish it was a way to cancel an order when they fail to put it together. 12/4/2024 6:50pm.
Ordered curbside and received the food ice cold from just sitting there due to the fact that the order was removed from the system as if it was brought out to the car and it was not. I had to go in and get the food. This is extremely poor customer service and I do not like to receive ice cold food due to incompetence of completing the job duties at hand to not get in trouble for going over time limit to get the food to the customer.

We are regulars here getting breakfast is the best staff ever. All else just gross my 10 year old daughter even said that their hamburgers have got so greasy and sloppy. The bun was smothered in it. Just yuck. Last time we eat lunch or dinner here. Breakfast will be great all else no. Get it together cause your meals are becoming more greasy. And if you order fries no salt they burn them. Just had orders tonight couldn’t leave my kids again.. and just didn’t want waste time going back. If a 10 year old has their burgers are gross then they are gross.

Came thru the drive-thru with a mobile order and they didn't give us the 10 nuggets, we ordered the $9 20 piece with basket of fries. They did not hand us a receipt. they told us to automatically go to the next window. Even though we had the history our mobile app with the date time and everything we ordered she still said that she couldn't do anything because it was policy. They are the ones that didn't give us the receipt. When we asked to talk to a manager she hung up. We tried to call back but the phone was disconnected If they're going to have a policy they need to hand out receipts or get the order straight and not be rude about it.
