Great place to eat great atmosphere food was fresh tables were dirty but they were busy but over all great experience had the steak cheese bagel with hash brown and coffee 10 bucks and some change

this might actually be the worst mcdonald’s ever. every single time i come here they have always forgotten something or messed something up. they need new employees everytime i see inside they’re always on their phone, talking, etc. especially their night crew around 7-12 at night is always the worst. it is COMPLETELY different in the morning and before 4. this is unacceptable for a food chain that is supposed to be one of the best in the world. do better mcdonald’s.

I observed the young man handle money then walked over to the food started bagging food then went and handled the hash browns not once did he put on gloves or even wash his hands. When he handed me my food I asked him to remake everything he wanted to know why. I told him that he didn't wash your hands after handling money or put on gloves. He went to a coworker and they started speaking in Spanish and what I told him is not what he told her. She responded hatefully to me that he doesn't have to wear gloves I told her he still needs to wash his hands. She told him in Spanish to wash his hands so that I would stop crying. It will be the last time I ever spend my money here. I don't know about anyone else but I can't afford to get sick because of ignorance.

This location is by far so much better than the location on Morris
2 long lines in the drive through, just wanted a drink so I went inside. There was some people complaining about their orders and 3 people ahead of me in the line only to be ignored. People in front of me gave up and left I stood there only to be looked at and ignored, the Manager was worthless just standing around watching so gave up and left!

Ordered on the keys, has to wait 5 minutes for someone to take my money. Ordered fries with no salt they were loaded with salt. Ordered a Bigmac with no sauce it had so much sauce on it that it wouldn't stay together. Ill never go to this location again, nor the first time I've had problems with my order.

I went through the drive thru the last two days for them to ring me up for items I didn’t want. This morning I had went through the drive through and they messed up my order. (They need to repeat orders back). I had to go park the car and take my baby out the car with me. They fix my order after I repeated it to them three times, and they didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Then the Manager Maribel tried to tell me I’m good I can leave the store without giving me my variance of the wrong food products they have rang up. No matter how small or big the variance you should always give the customer back their change. Won’t be coming back to this one. I will make the drive to another one.
