The breakfast shift is very polite, quick, and hardworking. Just started going to this one and I have zero regrets about it. The last two times ive come the food was hot and fresh, the service was ultra quick, and the workers were pleasent to interact with. A great place for me to have breakfast on the weekends before i go to my job.

We waited 20+ minutes for are small order. Luis was so rude. My dad was in the drive through he was ordering his food and they kept messing up his order. Then they said they couldn't find my mobile order. We gave them the code, my name, and adress and they still couldn't find it even throught i placed it 20 mins ago and it was 1 drink. They were being very rude and dismissive and offered no help or solutions to the problem. They then pulled my dad to the 3rd window after telling him they didn't have the mobile order. So I called the store hoping I would be able to help. I spoke to Luis on the phone. He kept talking over me and wouldn't let me speak. He basically said he already check the mobile order in and hung up on me. He was very rude and dismissive the whole call and I couldn't get one word in. He told my dad he didn't have the order and pulled him. I litterly called one min later and Luis said he already check it in. So i dont know if he was just miss treating my dad and lieing to him. But he needs to be investigated. Every time I go to mcdonald's, I have a bad experience with him and other staff members. He treated my dad horribly and the whole staff gave us terrible service. I love mcdonald's but me and my whole family will no longer be spending money here. It was my birthday and this ruined the whole morning. And to top it all off they messed up the oder. I was on the phone with my dad while he was ordering. This took place between 10:25 - 10:50.

I used to love this McDonald's but lately they've not been on their game like they forgot my daughter's fries and her happy meal so all she got was just the nuggets and the toy and she only really likes the fries I called up there they said they would as long as I brought my receipt they would replace the Happy meal I get there and they're like nobody ever talk to you they said I was lying first of all it's a freaking fry I just replace it I work in the fast food industry there's no way I would ever question somebody over such a petty little item so it just pissed me off I will never go there again they all suck

This McDonald's location in particular always gives me the grossest coffees and the most watered down milkshakes I've ever had. Make you park in front of the store and then forget about you because they want to make their time better. I haven't had a good experience at this McDonald's hardly ever.
