Now I'm here everyday or almost everyday for the samething. Tonight they pull me up and forget I'm waiting. Then no sugar in my coffee. I love morning crew for the most part.

Very disappointed at this McDonalds. The fries were warmer than the plain double cheeseburger I ordered. The cheese was not melted at all, the burger was room temperature at best. The fries were warm but not hot. The diet was at least cold. The window server looked as if she hated her job, and never even said "thank you", which is a must if I am your customer. Cold cheese, room temperature burger. I was hungry, but left it for the birds. Poor birds. As usual, I was in my car, and did not take the opportunity to go in and voice my opinion. If I could remember which McDonalds I was at, I would post it here, as a warning. Always in a hurry, I don't always make good choices as to where I choose to have a quick bite. I do have a McDonalds that I frequently visit, closer to home for breakfast. Never disappoints. Just south of Thompson and 31. And, friendly people, who say "thank you".

Very slow and very poor customer service but food wasn't bad just need to improve on keeping people in their places and restaurant would move much smoother nothing like to be told to wait a second you need to reply to a text by a cashier then walks off and doesn't come back for ten minutes

the one young girl was awesome, but the goofy younger boy didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground, but the other young man seemed to be doing fine helping his homies, curious if a manager was working

Went to 5416 south east st location ordered the 5 dollar meal asked for McDouble plain didn’t get it plain came with everything on it then they did a drink up charge I didn’t ask for that, nobody at either window said hello or hi or anything no Thankyou. Rude employees.

When I pulled up, the guy working the register asked if I was using the rewards app. I said no. He says nothing after that. After about a minute, I started saying my order. Immediately, I get interrupted by him saying, "What?". I say my whole order. After I'm done, he doesn't say anything. After a minute, I say "thats all." He doesn't say anything. Another passes, and I say "thats all I wanted." Still nothing. This whole time, his mic is on, and I can hear him breathing at some points, so I know he's still there. After the third minute following my order being done, I speak aloud. "Hello?" He replies with "what's up?" I tell him that I'm done with my order. He immediately replies with "You didn't say nothing, bro." Thankfully, after that encounter, I pull up, pay, pull up more, and get my food with ease, a very kind lady at the 2nd window.

The food quality is gone down....just ordered breakfast and the hash browns is under cooked and flimsy ...odd taste...this is getting ridiculous
