I was very impressed today with my drive thru experience. You are greeted by a smiling face when you pay. The employees were very happy and polite. My dog will throw a fit for the French fries. In my order the French fries were hot. They have been cold in the past, my 1/2 cut tea was just right. Normally they have it as 3/4 sweet tea instead of the way I like it. They had your to you quickly. Just wanted to say thank you for making me smile on a horrible day. Keep up the great work.

The past 2 times I've ordered from Doordash and they leave out over half my food. How do you forget to put 5 burgers in the bag. Ridiculous!!! I spent over $50 for some fries! NEVER AGAIN!!! Worst McDonald's ever!!!!

Breakfast and lunchtime is usually pretty good and are quick, if you go here in the evening for dinner, you might get old cold food and one time I went here at 8:45pm and the fries were over salted to where I couldn't eat them

I stop at this location every day for breakfast. I have never had an experience like today. We ordered through the app today. Messed my order up, I call because I am 10 plus minutes away already and going to work. The person answered the phone like I was in the drive thru dn then when I told her my order was messed up, said I HAD to bring the food back now or it they can't do anything for me. When I asked for a manager the claimed she was one, but obviously wasn't. When I asked her name for my reference to getting this fixed, she refused. When I told her I've never had to return to store or with food to get my order replaced for next time, she claimed it was their policy. So I'm just screwed because I couldn't go back. She said "I have spoken and that's the way it is". Um no no crack queen, that's not how this goes. You need to figure this out mcdonalds. That lady needs identified and fired. With how many reviews are messed up orders and bad customer service at this location, you'd think you'd care enough about your stores and customers who pay your bills to have good management and employees. The drive thru employees know who I am. I've not had an issue with any of them. You have someone claiming to be manager when they are not. I even saw another review that had almost the exact experience as me. The nasty power tripping little girl I talked to is so lucky I couldn't come back today.

It was ok. Food was not that fresh or warm. Fry's where old not fresh. They gave me very little amount. Prices went up so buy one get one for a dollar was awesome. I had to wait forever. Manager had to help employee. Looked like a shift change.

I would give this location a zero if I could. In excess of three times I waited more than 20 minutes for incorrect and cold food. This last experience was my final visit to this location no sign of improvement.
