I am beginning to hate to eat at McDonald’s. I don't like to use the self ordering system. The employees seem annoyed to have to take orders at the order counter. This store has gotten rid of the self-serve drink machines. Condements are inconveniently located behind the service counter and must be requested. There are plenty of other customer friendly places to eat.

I just stopped here to use the restroom so I know nothing about this restaurants food or service but I saw this sign on the door and it doesn't seem very welcoming. I guess they had a problem with people just straggling in and using McDs for a hangout. It's sad things have gotten so out of hand that this has to be addressed

Hit or miss. Like most McDonalds in Indy. I feel like a 3 is being generous. The one I regularly visit in Franklin has never disappointed me, so I know it's at least technically possible to have a steady level of quality on all shifts and days.
