This place sucks so much now. It's just so freaking bad. Nobody understands what's going on, can barely communicate, and rarely get an order right. It's insane. This place has always been bad, but it's borderline absurd now.

This is my favorite location in the court Marisol and her crew always go a great job. The are friendly and efficient. My food is always hot, fresh and done right.

I ordered a mcchicken and got no chicken.Just the bread and the sauce and the tomatoes get it together.I'm here every day, every night every hour, so get it together. It's not that hard, it's chicken, chicken or chicken.Pick one

Had hair in my fries. Ask for a medium in replacement. Gave me the same size. 🫣

I used to come to this McDonald’s all the time for breakfast—almost daily. I would stop in for a large Coke with light ice and a sausage biscuit with cheese. I also loved collecting my reward points because my son gets free Happy Meals from the points I earn since I’m there so often.

Unfortunately, at this location, you can never use your rewards anymore. They will tell you your code is invalid and act like they don’t know what’s going on. However, it’s clear the issue is their poor Wi-Fi connection, which prevents them from connecting to the server to validate reward codes. It’s frustrating when you’re a loyal customer and can’t use the benefits you’ve earned.

I used to pass up the McDonald’s on Keystone Ave & 38th St—even though it’s closer to me—to come to this one because the customer service used to be better. I also appreciated that they present themselves as a Christian establishment. Sadly, the customer service has gone downhill.

One late night, I stopped in for a sweet tea and was given regular unsweetened tea. When I politely mentioned that it wasn’t sweet tea, they insisted that it was. After I continued to say it wasn’t, they finally admitted they were out of sweet tea. That means I was initially told something that wasn’t true, which was disappointing.

Between not being able to use my rewards and the decline in customer service, I will no longer be going out of my way to visit this location. It’s unfortunate because I truly used to enjoy coming here.

They take a long time on a sidewalk.
Wait for my order for more than 20 minutes.
And they gave me my order badly.
I ordered apple pie and they gave me another foot in the yellow box standing up and I was confident in the order, it was fine.
DO NOT GO HI!!!!

Now the other morning I came home I was drunk and I just knew McDonald's food was not going to be good but to my surprise my Big Mac was nice and fresh and my bread was not falling apart and I was overly satisfied with service and this was at 3:00 in the morning good service

Apparently this is acceptable as a medium fry...wish I noticed this pitiful amount before leaving. Thought maybe there would be extra fries in the bag, but no.
