They move slow in gt oder wrong in they be having people in there waiting to get the job in they tell them to come back but when they do they tell them back the next day or next week

Order a double cheesburger with ketchup only, a medium fry and a 6 pc nugget. Received a 4 pc nugget, large fry, and a McDouble with no pickle “light shredded lettuce”. Went back thru the window to ask them to correct my order- she handed me 2 nuggets in a napkin “to make up for it” and told me a double cheeseburger with ketchup only IS a McDouble with no pickle, light shredded lettuce. Except a double cheeseburger costs more, and ONLY ketchup means NOTHING else. Not just no pickles. And definitely not “light shredded lettuce”. So not only did I get to deal with a shit attitude and no answer, I now also got to essentially waste all of it because my daughter won’t eat the nuggets the worker handed over in a napkin and my son despises lettuce mustard onions AND pickle, thus the ketchup only. Thanks a lot McD’s. I liked you better when you just lied about the ice cream machine being broken.

Bad, very bad luck, mega bad customer service, there is a lady who serves and she is rude, she makes fun of you if you don't speak English, she yells at you, very bad service, and even more so for people who don't speak English.
Young gentleman over the intercom was passive aggressive and very snappy with me. I could barely make out what he was saying, and I feel like he was losing patience as I ordered. All I wanted was some breakfast LOL

1. If you can't consistently staff your store for the hours you have posted, POST DIFFERENT HOURS. It's insulting to your clientele to go all the way to a place that is ostensibly open, only for it to not be.
2. You should be ashamed for what you pay your employees compared to what you expect of them. I wouldn't want to come in or work hard for you either if you didn't pay me enough to cover my damn bills. You simply will never find enough employees willing to work hard for nearly nothing, and in this economy, if you're paying these people under $20/hr, it's nothing. You can only line your pockets on this business model for so long. Fix it, or I genuinely hope your business goes bankrupt. Unskilled employees are in high demand, but your ability to own a franchise means very little. Nobody needs McDonald's.
