Ordered 2 meals. Got home and was missing a medium fry and they didn’t bother putting in sauce either. They suck

You order a cheeseburger and then they give you bread cheese no meat I don't understand why somebody would want a cheeseburger with no meat

Food was 20 minutes late. When it finally came, it was stone cold. When I requested a refund, the lady told me to do it in the app. After bringing the app inside and asking her to show me how to request a refund, she finally admitted it was not possible and manually issued a refund. Wasted a half hour and still hungry.

Ordered a quarter pounder buy one get one free. Our meal still cost $9.00 overpriced. Especially when the sandwiches are cold. And how about put some real toys in those Happy meals and make those little ones happy lately they have been so embarrassing and disgusting they just go in the trash and the children are so disappointed.

Order 1321 march 9th, sat in drive the for 20 mins and counting after being asked to move up. I ordered 2 mcdoubles a a tea. Why 30 mins? Order taken at 1:45. Absolutely insane. I have being asked to mobe up. This happens everything. They want to free the drive through time, and put paid customers on the back burner for new customers.

The kiosk does not have added fixings for hamburgers, such as lettuce, tomato, onions, steamed buns. You have to order those from the counter. Otherwise it is a standard McDonald's.

Yall gotta make it more seamless to order through the kiosk, especially if that’s how you want people to place and order. Just because staff is ‘available’ to take your order over the counter does not mean the are prepared to, let alone willing to in a timely manner

First this food is mostly trash. I hate that my kids even rarely ask for it. The rounding down because they refuse to get pennies is crazy. Yes pennies are discontinued but they are in fact still in circulation. I get pennies back at the restaurants on the street.

Everybody there either seems like the don't wanna be there or they got an attitude
25 min waiting on order. 6 people standing around doing nothing. I watched and counted for 25 min on 2 #1's

Every time I come here it's something different. On tonight's adventure, I pull up to the drive through and there are 2 cars in the drive through, the order is taken for both of those cars then I proceed to sit there for 5 minutes with no one coming over the intercom. I said hello? A couple of times with no one answering and finally just got frustrated and drove off.
As I turned the corner the genius working the drive through was hanging half out the window talking to some girl on a city scooter just standing there having conversation like it was break time. Definitely will never ever be back to this McDonald's again, Good news for Burger King I guess!
