I ordered the family combo meal for me and my family and they only charged me for a single meal and when I asked about it at the window the lady told me I should have spoken up but I'm not understanding how was they putting everything on the screen and read it back to me and than charged me something different? Long story short I had to place another order so I was out of almost 70 dollars and I should have only been paying 40 something.

I didn't know that snapping at customers for saying they're missing an item from their order and saying it's the customers fault it's not there! Also didn't know that snapping at delivery drivers that they should be showing up quickly as soon as the order is placed and getting mad when the employee has to look and make sure it's the correct one! The bathroom needs much better maintenance! Literally seen bacteria and something I can't describe in and on the toilet and urinals! Will be taking my money to a different location!!

I find it very concerning thst when paying with a card tonight I was told that the receipt printer isn't working today. There better not be any extra charges on my card or I'll have everyone working there tonight fired! The heavy set Caucasian man looked very sketchy. I won't be back!

Would give zero if I could. Drove through and was told only online orders would work. Ordered doordash and it was canceled. This place obviously doesn't want to service people. Go anywhere else and you'll have a better experience.

I am 72 years old and I only coughed 2 times and then I was trying to make a complaint because I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and I got 4 chicken nuggets and I was called to make a complaint and when I coughed the lady said “I have your information and I’m telling my boss,”then I hung up because I was upset and scared.i hope the person who said that is sorry because she thought I was younger probably.have a great day/night
