I pulled into the drive thru at 5:59pm requesting two apple pies. Where I was greeted by an employee saying “we dont have any” then he changed his mind saying “well actually it’ll be a 10 minute wait hold on” where I waited for 5 minutes but the employee then never came back to finish what they were saying. I pulled up to the first window where I was told twice to “hold on” assertively without me even addressing them yet. Then I was greeted by management who opened the window and yelled “HE JUST TOLD YOU WE DONT HAVE ANY APPLE PIES” where I corrected her and said “no I was told there was a 10 minute wait” and she said “yeah so we dont have any” and I said “no I can wait”. Where she then proceeded to charge me for my order at 6:06pm. I pulled up to the second window where they directed me to park in pick up spot number one. I then waited 32 minutes before going inside to ask for my order myself. I walked in when a higher up addressed me after a few minutes of standing by the pick up counter asking if I had a “pick up order” then I stated no I had been waiting for two apple pies for almost 40 minutes. The original manager was standing there and had a quick change of heart asking now nicely if I wanted an additional drink or apple pie to compensate for the wait. Which I declined. I recieved my apple pies at 6:45pm. I’d appreciate it if mangement spoke to customers nicely at all times without higher ups having to be present.

Both times I’ve come here, they say the mobile codes don’t work. Same guy. I asked if they can just scan the one code thing since the 4 digit code doesn’t work, the guy says yes to pull up and I do. Woman working the window says no they don’t have a scanner, so I say ok, well then can I at least order here since I was told to pull forward, and then she said no, I said ok, so I pull around, she takes my order. Before she hands my my receipt she RIPS THE SURVEY CODE OFF MY RECEIPT. I WISH I COULD post a photo but oml im was shocked

Don't waste your time going here. Their hours are incorrectly listed. They advertise as being 24 hours but when I went there on my break at 0130 they claimed to be closed. So either their employees are lying or they are falsely advertising.

Food was hot. All I got was pumpkin pies and a coke. They got the coke wrong & pulled me up for the pies. I spent 30min there, 20 in drive thru, 10 waiting for the pies. The guy that was at the window was very nice tho.

Why is the place stated as 24 hours when it is not 24 hours? Tried to get food before work at 345am for a bunch of people, waited 15 minutes and no one said a word. But there was an accident in the middle of the intersection and people were able to stand there in the window and watch it. But can't say hey, we're not open due to shift change or something like that? Post a sign on the door? Acknowledge people in the drive thru? Just rude. Hate coming to this location. Always something...
