I come and get the same coffee every single day. They gave me a frappe that was like water and it tasted so disgusting. Only one other time this has happened and when I told them they were so sweet. This time I told them and the Spanish manager that was working today at noon was so incredibly rude and was sitting there arguing with me about it. I gave her the entire full coffee and she even said that she knows my order because I come so much. So if you know my order then don't you think I know what my coffee is supposed to taste like if I get it every day? It's just ridiculous that I pay for something and she was arguing with me about remaking me it and wouldn't listen. I'm going tomorrow to get a refund because she just brought me another one that looks like crap. I'm going somewhere else to get a new one and I will make sure I get my refund and I will be reporting her to her district manager and I will be calling to speak to her GM as well.

If you want McDonald's just drive to the one a few minutes away. If you want a burger go to any restaurant. It'll be much faster, cheaper, and fresher. You'll end up waiting at least 10 minutes then get cold food.

Stpped in to get just a single sandwich. I ordered through the kiosk and it didn't print me a receipt, so I kindly walked up to the manager on duty who was a heavy set guy with shoulder length hair and about 5ft 9inches tall. I informed him that the kiosk did not print the receipt and I dont k ow my order number but its just a sandwich I ordered. He was very short with me compared to the gentleman he helped before me in witch he gave smiles and a great attitude. It seemed as if I upset him by Informing him of what my issue was. About a minute later he brings the sandwich up and doesn't say a word to me he just set it on the counter. I said thank you and he didnt reply and I grabbed my sandwich and walked out. When I opened the bag it looked like he deliberately just threw everything on there without a care in the world and I ended up with one of the worst put together sandwiches I've ever recieved from McDonald's

Laura was great. My order was wrong and I was charged for the wrong thing which was a little bit cheaper than what I wanted and I pulled around to pay for the difference and was still directed to the second window and she helped me out Saw that I was kind of frustrated from having to wait in line again you need more people like her in the service industry
