Like usual I ordered 4 McChickens and they’s blk mfs can’t make a simple mcchicken …. They did not add mayo nor the lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous!

The staff here are all incredibly rude, loud, and always have an attitude. When you pull up to the window they immediately start by screaming at you if you’re going to be using your mobile app. If you say yes they immediately scream for the code. If you don’t have the code ready yet then their attitude gets worse. They have 0 manners, 0 customer service skills, they are rude when you order, rude when you pay, and rude when you get your food. If you say thank you they don’t respond and slam the window shut. They mess up my order every single time I go to this location but if you ask them to correct it they make it seem like you’re trying to steal from them. I had to go inside once to have my order corrected and as I was walking in three ladies were walking out talking about how rude the staff were and how they’d never go to that location again. And as soon I walked in all the staff were extremely confrontational and wouldn’t help me without a receipt despite me having just came through the drive thru 1 minute prior. The staff was so confrontational over a sandwich I was charged for and paid for but THEY forgot to put in the bag and it was like 3 staff members trying to gang up on me and acting like they were about to fight me over a sandwich. Honestly all corporate needs to do is play the cameras back and you will see how the entire staff at this location treats the customers on a daily basis. This is the location around the corner from my house so I’ve here every day of the week, all hours of the day and had many different staff take my order and this is my experience EVERY time. I’ve never had a single pleasant experience from that location in the entire year and a half I have lived at my home. They are disgusting. Management do something.

Rude and beyond slow. No one answered the window for my mobile order so I pulled around. Ridel slammed the window on me.

They have racist staff! Ordered online and waited at the drive thru order line which was empty. No one answered. Pulled up to 1st window where they were helping one car and when I went to give my code the African American man said to go inside. We go inside and a Hispanic woman said you needed to go through drive thru and she called the guy back. He said there's a policy that if you dont wait you have to go inside but I waited and no one said anything that's why we went to the 1st window. Then the lady who spoke to me in spanish said "oh I don't know spanish when I asked for more straws!!. She had spoken spanish to me the whole time! All need more training! No one was in line when I went to give my code and they can't even say please wait or acknowledge that they know you're there!

I was walking in the cold and it was so windy. Temps were -12 with the windchill factor. My ride that was supposed to pick me up was lost. I saw the McDonald's and went inside. I went to the counter and asked if I could sit inside out of the cold and wind. A very very nice young man asked his manager if it was ok and she said yes. Both of them were very kind to me while I waited.

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at McDonald's when I ordered a Caramel Frappe. After taking a few sips, I was horrified to discover a BAND-AID and a sticker inside my drink! This is not only disgusting but also a serious safety concern. It's hard to imagine how something like this could happen, as food safety and hygiene should be top priorities for any restaurant, especially a well-known chain like McDonald's.
Finding a Band-Aid in my frappe raises serious questions about the cleanliness of their kitchen and the training of their staff. A sticker is equally concerning, as it could have easily been ingested. The fact that such items were found in my drink suggests a severe lapse in quality control and food handling procedures.
I will certainly think twice before returning to this location. Hygiene should never be compromised.

The women employees inside are rude as hell. The lady on the head set doesn’t know how to properly speak to customers without an attitude. I went to pick up a door dash inside, the door on the side where customers park to go in was locked so I went through the drive through to try to proceed with picking up my order and the lady was rude and yelling you have to come inside so I explained the door was locked and she continued to raise her voice at me.
