I know that this location recently experienced a debilitating, sudden and unexpected loss of many employees, prompting a temporary status where employees and managers from other locations are brought in to keep things running while new hires are replenishing staffing shortages. Initially, my drive-thru experiences about a week ago were plagued with triple the wait time, but that has quickly been remedied. BIG SHOUT OUT FOR THIS TEAM! GREAT job adjusting to the rhythms and flows of this location, and thank you for your patience and persistence in serving us.

They either don't have something or they don't care about customization, they give you what they want. Half the night early morning crew speaks Spanish really don't understand English which makes it hard for them and consumer's. The store smells like a port o John that has not been cleaned in bout 3 weeks. Clean grease traps maybe I don't know lol

They did not have the food that I ordered on the app and paid for. They tried to substitute it for something cheaper. I wanted a refund. They refused to refund my order for the food they didn't have. I had at least four employees yell at me and talk down to me. Inside of the store was dirty. The manager also refused to give me the store number. Every single employee in the restaurant was rude and unprofessional. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the city.

At 5:15 pm on Tuesday night whoever is working the drive through needs to be fired. I worked a long day and stopped to order some food. I order them changed my mind real quick from a mcchicken to the small fri with the buy one get one for a dollar. They acted so annoyed with me scoffing like I am wasting their time or something. Sue was snarky with the people I’m front of me. I pulled away I will not give my money to an establishment that allows employees to treat customers like a burden. Absolutely unacceptable

I ordered from uber eats a 20 piece nugget meal and a bacon McDouble meal and they only gave me my fries for the McDouble meal and mind you everything was sealed !

They are actively handing out old drink cups. I didn’t pay the extra monopoly tax for my cups not to have my prize. Also handing me change with two perfectly fine $1 but you do a single dollar and a bunch of coins. It was $3.25 I handed $5.25. There was no need for change. Having the inside closed before dinner says enough.
