Day time manager is a super nice guy! Excellent service. I’ve been collecting the changeables with my daughter and he is willing to take the time to look for what he has available. Not many other stores do that. Top notch customer service! Food is always correct and comes out fast! Thank you!

I ride the bus around 1:30 pm - 3:30pm and this store is in my neighborhood.... close but I have to ride the bus to get there. Now I have to suffer because this store has trouble with the unruly school kids . Hire security. Locking the door s only having drive thru open is ludicrous. In the middle of the day? I usually eat McDonald's 2-3 times a week. Sometimes more but never less. I have been 1 time this month. Please change the policy at this store.

I recommend that they use better advertising online they always have these ads that say free McDonald's and then you go into it and you do 45 minutes worth of coupon accepting no gift card insight from McDonald's like I said no answers just more and more advertisement behind it that sucks so McDonald's sucks and that's probably the reason I don't shop at McDonald's ever

Service of this store is terrible. Associates from this store hop on google to rate themselves 5 stars because they are protecting their unprofessional job. Start with management, if they cannot hold their store up to expectation to make food orders, have a clean establishment, and to provide good customer service then they need to look for a better crew or find a new job themselves. When you look past the counter the kitchen hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. Do we really trust our 10th street McDonald’s employees with what we consume 😭 lord help this store.. or remove it from existence
they seriously seem to pick their workers straight from the depths of hell. some are awful, insensitive, disrespectful teenagers who have no regards for their customers, while others are rude adults who can barely speak english and treat customers like they’re being bothered as if they’re not getting paid for this. you’re better off just driving the extra mile and get much better, quicker service.

Staff is friendly and they get my order right!!! LATEST ORDER-I ordered Breakfast for my co-workers I ordered 13 chocalote chip cookies and they where just out of the oven Hot and Fresh, and the breakfast where too!! way to go mcd's Staff . Thank you!!! I ordered the 5 dollar mcgriddle meal and sub round egg and sub hamburgers bun ... Yum!! mc d's made it my way!!GRINCH MEAL ADDED

My mother got treated extremely bad in the drive through just for asking if they had holiday socks, their customer service was rude and treated her horribly when I went to talk to the manager he was even more rude the girls name was Lian and the manager was a teen Asian male I really wish to have better service I get it’s fast food but could also least be nice if we were i understand if somone got aditude first but we were very respectful

As much as I love McDonald's. There have not been one time I've been there. And they strew something up Every time I go to McDonald's either a they get my order wrong. They don't understand what I'm saying or they are just rude. It's not all mcDonald's, it's just the 1 on 10th street Indianapolis. Indiana. Even though they have your food wrong, they're rude with it. Then, they make you pull up, pull up when there's no one in line. So there's clock won't tick, and have you setting for 15 minutes, and your food steel come out cold. With that band said that turned me off of McDonald's altogether at this point I don't care if I ever have another McDonald's or chicken nugget or anything from there.
