Waited 40 minutes for a single 10 piece meal, while watching your outside workers walk around confused and lost, idk why this was so hard but they started to hand people they’re orders that showed up 20 minutes after us, truly horrible service idk how it can be this hard to match numbers but apparently your workers can’t read basic mathematic digits.
The latina women there at the window is a very rude person wonder if she gets pull outside if she would change her attitude

The young girl who works the drive thru in the mornings purposely stalled the first lane when we asked if this lane was open, she didnt answer and thought it would be funny to make us wait. when we drove to the window she had a smirk on her face and rolled her eyes. This isnt the only time this kind of customer service happens, sometimes they will make you park and wait for your coffee when you dont have to...I'm not kidding, you need to know this is the kind of service that's being delivered in your drive thru.
