Terrible asf this shadeland thinks they are Culver’s want you to pull up and wait 15 min for a 4 piece nugget and medium fry is terrible the parking is very tight. just put the fries and hand me it at the second window . need my refund I wasn’t waiting any longer for something that should only take 5 min

I don’t understand how I can make an order through the app, show up 15min later, go behind 4 other people in the drive thru, and still be told I need to pull into a parking spot to wait another 5min for my food alongside 4 other cars parked waiting for the food they just ordered.

I loved this McDonald's, they had free refills, the bathroom was clean and most important of all, FREE DRINKS

Very UNFRIENDLY...Wants all patrons to order off of the board or mobile... So unpersonable, and they get upset if you call an employee to take an actual order...and 90% of employees are Hispanics now...Hmmm🤔🤔
Literally the worst! I try so hard to to understand where customer service workers are and what they go through. Seems how I have been in the customer service industry for years, however they are slow, have horrible manners, and for some reason seem to think that they are the Texas roadhouse and their McDonald’s 9/10 the order is wrong and they blame everything except for the fact that they just don’t care or listen
