Went through drive through and it took a few for anyone to answer and was very static when they did. I could hear the background noise . I am always annoyed when I pull up to the window and have my food handed out to me without a thank you or hello. It was clear they were already taking another order. I don’t understand how I can make an order through the app, show up 15min later, go behind 4 other people in the drive thru, and still be told I need to pull into a parking spot to wait another 5min for my food alongside 4 other cars parked waiting for the food they just ordered.
