Every single time I try to use the mobile app to redeem points or earn points. It says my code has already been used every single time I come to this McDonald’s location any other location I go to I have no issue and the guy at the window just says oh well I don’t know what to tell you like how about try to help me figure it out and just rude and then when you try to call and talk to a manager it rings and rings and rings and then you try to call back and it’s just a busy signal. Absolutely rude customer service.

Waited 20 minutes for my on line order . everything was cold when they finally got it all out. So this morning for the third time this location stole from me ! Gave me burnt food and never answers the phone .

Very friendly service. Even though they were busy and almost forgot to give me my food, they were very friendly and nice to talk with. Service with a smile is always best. Great coffee and pancakes too.

I Enjoyed My Lunch at McDonald's because of the Crew Leader Lisa Johnson her Customer Service Skills are Outstanding... She is 1 in a Million!!! I Will Return Again and Eat Inside...I wasn't Even Going to Dine In. Glad I Did!!! 🥰

Went through the drive-thru and orders a number 7 and a snack wrap meal. The fries had hair in them and so did the chicken. I don't know who is working the fry section but please wear a hair net or wash your clothes if its pet hair. Won't come back to this location

Who thought it was a good idea to put someone who can barely speak English and apparently can't understand it either on the drive through speaker? I should not have to repeat my order of a 6 piece. Kids meal. No sauce with a large mocha frappe and a mcdouble plain. Just to have to repeat it yet again when someone who does speak English steps in. Then have to park and wait for a mcdouble plane at lunchtime. When there was only 4 cars ahead of me. I also did not ask for no salt fries..... I'd rather enjoy salt. I ordered the exact same thing, no matter what McDonald's. I go to, so i know there was no confusion on my part.I did not stutter, placing my order. Do better

I went to this McDonald’s this morning and picked up a mobile order at the counter. Both of the women who helped me were so kind and so helpful. It was the best experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s in a long time.
