I like this McDonald's when a mistake happens they are quick to make it right. My concern is the cleanliness of the play area and bathrooms. Please clean the play area or shut it down.

I came into this location on November 13 2025, the all female crew has been extremely disrespectful, catching attitudes with nearly all male customers wial treating the female base with slightly less disrespect. The food I ordered was just thrown together with little care about how the customer would react and after placing my order on the mobile app it said it was ready after 15 mins of waiting, when I arrived to pick my food up they asked if I was waiting for something and when I responded with my order number they just rolled there eyes and to me what felt like a deliberate act of disrespect took an additional 20 minutes to put my 3 items in the bag. I do not understand why it is so difficult it is to treat paying customers with civility and respect. If I could give this location a 0 star review, I would do so without hesitation. Not to mention the broken drive through menu screen that has been broken for nearly a year and a half, the stores curb appeal is amazing with well maintained exterior but the moment you walk inside the first thing you see is employees just standing around on there phones, ignoring people and the pure lack of cleanliness of the floors, drink stations, and tables. I would rather recommend people to the McDonald's near 42nd and post road befor I would this location. Not that I matter in talk of sales but I will never come to this location agian.

Stopped here because the play place since they’re pretty much nonexistent. Ordered a coffee which was good. Took my toddler to use the bathroom and 1 out of 3 was clean. Blood in and all over one and feces in and all over the other!! Literally passed an employee coming out so they knew. We left after.

I was actually picking up a DoorDash order so I can't comment on the food but the service was phenomenal. It took a few minutes but the staff was friendly and working together like a team. With as busy as they were it was nice to see.

They got my order wrong but it was a double cheeseburger but was good. The chicken wrap was over cooked and dry. Fries were fresh.
The manager and staff are really all around wonderful at this location.

This is our go to McDonald's and the morning staff are absolutely wonderful but that afternoon/ evening staff different story, customer service right out the window. What happened to greeting your customers or saying thank you or have a good day or something? Literally, young girl in the drive thru yesterday was shoving the bags in my face pretty much then same with my drinks and slammed the drive thru window. I just looked at her in complete shock and she opened the window and I said thank you have a good day and she rolled her eyes at me. I use to work for McDonald's (not this one) when I was younger in college and we were expected to treat our customers with respect and acknowledge them in a nice manner.
All this being said yes I can choose somewhere else to go eat or we can just simply teach our young people how to be respectful.
Also, I am not saying that all the staff are this way especially the morning staff they get 5 stars on customer service so kind. I dont know what happened to the afternoon/evening staff they have some new folks in there and some of them just aren't very nice.
