They got my order wrong but it was a double cheeseburger but was good. The chicken wrap was over cooked and dry. Fries were fresh.

This is our go to McDonald's and the morning staff are absolutely wonderful but that afternoon/ evening staff different story, customer service right out the window. What happened to greeting your customers or saying thank you or have a good day or something? Literally, young girl in the drive thru yesterday was shoving the bags in my face pretty much then same with my drinks and slammed the drive thru window. I just looked at her in complete shock and she opened the window and I said thank you have a good day and she rolled her eyes at me. I use to work for McDonald's (not this one) when I was younger in college and we were expected to treat our customers with respect and acknowledge them in a nice manner.
All this being said yes I can choose somewhere else to go eat or we can just simply teach our young people how to be respectful.
Also, I am not saying that all the staff are this way especially the morning staff they get 5 stars on customer service so kind. I dont know what happened to the afternoon/evening staff they have some new folks in there and some of them just aren't very nice.

I recently moved close to this McDonald’s on Fall Creek and I have to say that it’s probably the worst of all McDonald’s that I’ve been to. Service is terrible and the food is terrible. Burnt tenders, fries were cold and greasy. They don’t care one bit if you go back or not. So. Guess I won’t go back. I will drive to 96 th st McDonald’s if I want to eat there. Sad!!! The owners need to be fired for hiring employees that suck.
I brought a group of 18 middle school kids there for breakfast and the staff was outstanding! The manager (shift leader?) went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. He treated the kids with respect, was kind and courteous. I was really impressed.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s when it comes to service! I am surprised that they even have a 3.2 rating. More times than not when going through the drive-through you have to go park in the waiting lane to get your food: often times more than 10 minutes. Most recently, while waiting in the “waiting parking”, they brought out a completely wrong order and had to go back inside to get the correct order, which took another 5 minutes: over 15 minutes in total from ordering to receiving the correct order. Fast Food???
