This location is a great reminder of all the things you hate about McDonald’s. Old cold food, incorrect and missing food. Just drive the extra miles and go to a different location.

They close at 11 pm, I'm at the drive thru at 10:20. I wait and no one answers so I go to the window. Several workers see me and ignore me. They instead decide to clean up to leave early. Other cars were waiting as well, one finally had enough and yelled at the second window to get them to finally come out. Took 10 minutes, ridiculous! They thought it was funny, it's NOT. They also gave us old fries that they obviously just threw in the frier to warm up. You don't ignore customers

McRib and fries were good. The gentleman who brought our food to the play area was nice. The restaurant was dirty, no ice in the drink dispenser, indoor play area was incredibly cold, staff at the counter was about as apathetic as you can get. One lady was on her phone behind the counter for several minutes.

Survey Code 12363-13161-03124-20033-00176-1 Last Night I went thru the Drive-thru, placed my order and paid for it. I ordered a Quarter pound meal with an Ice Tea, Large Fries, and no onions along with two cheese burgers and a six piece order of nuggets. the gentlemen in the window gave me my Ice Tea, and asked me to pull to space #5. I preceded forward looking for space #5. There was no space #5, so I drove around the building and parked in space #2 near the building, and stopped the person delivering the orders and explained there was no Space #5. He apologized and into the store. Minutes later a person came out with three orders and handed me one and walked away. I proceeded to check the order and realized it was not mine. I called out the individual and he came back after he delivered the other orders looked at mine, took back into the store. I waited several minutes, and woman came out and handed me a bag and walked back in. I looked at the order and it was the same order minus to packets of ranch dressings. I went in the store, and waited several minutes at the count until someone came over and asked me what I wanted. I told my order was wrong again, explained the problem. As he walked away he said where is your receipt. The same woman who had taken my order out to me the second time asked what the problem was. I explained it to her she in turn yelled to someone in the back in Spanish and I continued to wait. I went out to my truck got the receipt and returned. I continued to wait several more minutes. The Woman proceeds to throw the bag on the counter not saying a word turns and walks away. I checked the bag before left and yelled out THANK YOU and left. Once I got I that my Quarter pounder had Onions. End to a very bad experience. I go to this McDonalds often because it is down the street from our house, but I think we will be going else where.

Lady which is the manager kept messing up the order took forever to finish just because shes talking to someone on the phone through her airpods and every one else is wearing air pods as well

The manager here is so very sweet ! Very polite , hard working and super kid friendly !! She made my kids day and service way great would highly recommend one of her at each store lol her name is Michele

When is management going to fix the AC at this location? Working in this heat is akin to cruelty. I plan to report this location to the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for an unsafe work location.
