The two gentlemen at the drive thru were nice (12/09 @ 8:48 am) but my oatmeal was unfortunately halfway cooked. It still had the oats at the bottom, and my apples were tore open. They had a big hole at the top, so I had dry oatmeal with raisins.

I ordered a Big Mac from this place and to my horror, I noticed what appears to me to be several dead roaches on my bun. I don’t know why I flipped the burger over after taking bite. Intuition? I called the restaurant several times to speak to someone but no one answered and there is no voicemail system set up to leave a messages. I could say more but a picture is worth a thousand words.

Placed a mobile order on my app. There was no one in the drive-thru when we arrived. Carl came over the speaker and was very efficient and no nonsense, getting us to our food quickly. Remember there was no one in line. There were also only two cars in the parking lot. When we got to the window we had to wait another 5 minutes. A Hispanic woman came to the window and said nothing. No hello No thank you.... I checked our order and it was correct. I was surprised that the customer service at pickup was very lacking. Not to mention the half a piece of cheese on my fish sandwich. 😬🤦🏽‍♀️
