Took 10 minutes to get one large black coffee. I stood there and waited while workers talked about their weekend plans

I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru around 3:00 AM on Saturday, January 24. I placed my order, paid, and then mistakenly pulled toward the second window instead of the first.
At that point, the employee physically leaned out of the drive-thru window, yelled at me, and used profanity, saying that he said the first window and cussing at me as if I were stupid. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
I immediately reversed. When I requested a refund—since my food had not been prepared yet—the employee refused and stated: “You’re taking your food and you’re not getting a refund.” Given his aggressive attitude, I did not feel comfortable accepting food prepared by him and left without receiving food or a refund.
The employee was a tall white male with brown hair working the drive-thru at that time. Management should easily be able to identify who was on duty. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

They always blast Mexican music from the back. Very unpleasant to hear while you are trying to eat. Don’t seem to follow procedure either. They just seem to not do a lot of things.

Went through the drive thru and asked for a large mocha frappe. I know it's a pain to special order them but I think they are too sweet as is so I asked for a shot of espresso. And because of the season, they have peppermint syrup so I asked for that as well. I just want to say thank you to whoever made it because it really was a perfect balance.

Went there at 3am, nobody answered. Already placed an online order and the 3 people working were all huddled by the counter. Really annoying considering I drove 20 minutes.
Food wasn't fresh had to wait 45 minutes food still wasn't fresh I called the store the manager was rude didn't care
It's weird that McDonald's usually gets very few stars from Google reviews, but this one deserves a full five. There's never been a time I've been here that I haven't been happy or helped by this employee, who I don't know her name. She's a white woman, very polite and has a very fluent voice. I think she deserves an award for outstanding employee, food and service, and the atmosphere is better than any other branch I've ever seen or encountered before. I don't know her name, but I do remember her wearing glasses, and I took a picture of her from behind. Thank you for your great service, as I've been here many times and met her, but never once. 🥇✨🎖️
I returned after a four-month absence, and the same staff were still providing excellent service, which I highly commend. The food was delicious, fresh, hot, and odorless.

not open 24 hours. ordered and then sat in the drive through for 10 minutes just for a guy to come to the window and tell us we have to leave… why not just make Google say you’re closed from this time to this time? So dumb.

Bad-tempered people, unpleasant service, I ordered fresh potatoes and they gave me almost cold potatoes, the service at the second window is horrible, my dog is treated better when I give him food than I was when I went to buy food at that unpleasant place.

I recommend going somewhere else. The fries were undercooked and tasted terrible! I ordered two Happy Meals and they only gave me one. When I went back to ask about the other one, they gave me dirty looks and treated me very poorly. They should close this place down!!! Besides, they ask for the receipt but don't even give it to you when you go through the drive-thru.
Someone needs to teach the cook what fresh, freshly made potatoes are!

They charged me 3.27 for a breakfast sandwich. I paid for a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. Where my hash brown? I called and the mailbox is full smh.
Absolutely excellent McDonald’s location. Not only are the value menu meals available here, you can get refills on your soda (something increasingly uncommon at McDonald’s). The restaurant is very clean for a McDonald’s and service is prompt. I go out of my way to order here when I want McDonald’s!

Thry closed earlier then they should of and inpaid for my food through the app refund is going to take around 7 days but thats all i had in my account at the time so because of the employees selfishness i had to sleep starving great job mcdonalds next time hire workers that are willing to keep your business open

First off I sat in drive thru for over 5 mins and did not see other cars move. Secondly, the guy who took my order and supposedly charged my card, didn’t tell me that the credit card machine reader was broken. All he said was I’ll get my receipt at the next window. Thirdly, The second window (presenter) did not apologize for him not letting me know. And the manager at the second window was very nasty with me both the presenter didn’t say sorry nor thank you. They only said you need to pay. So before I’d given the presenter my card I checked my account to see if they doubled charged me. I will not return!

The reason that straighten your middle is because it really depends on who's working or who is in charge. All I can tell you is there is a middle-age Hispanic manager that works there and if she is working EVERYTHING is tip top is she isn't, it is a gamble
