This place should be ashamed to call themselves McDonalds. The fish o filet was old and saggy. The cheese was barely melted. I just spent $30 and threw out most of the food. Disgusting!!

PARAMEDIC here, I placed an order at 630 am for pick up my team and I arrived atthe store at 6:45-6:50am. Only to be met with locked doors we were in an ambulance meaning we were not able to fit through the drive thru. There were two employees sitting at a table by the door I pointed to my phone and the Hispanic male employee literallY shooed my colleagues and I away. I then pointed to the truck to advise we would not fit through the drive through and he literally shrugged his shoulders at us and WALKED AWAY ! my colleagues had to stand out in the rain in 32 degree weather for almost 5 minutes to wait for someone to come to the window so we could obtain our food I could see from the window 4 employees 4 !! Just standing around completely ignoring us. if this is how this corporation treats their customers let alone health care workers I want no parts ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL

They shouldn’t be open 24 hrs drive thru because they won’t serve anyone. I ordered food through the mobile app and and to look through the drive through windows for someone.
Theres one person there and another ignoring you in the back if they won’t serve or fulfill orders they shouldn’t be open.
I can understand if they were just open for doordash orders but the other just said they were closed .

The worst service I've had at a McDonald's in so many years
Dog water food AND drinks, sweet tea looked an tased so bad, looks like they dipped the teabag in water for like 10secs no color or flavor at all. Tried to call 10x an had a friend try to call nothing terrible service, double cheese burger was greasy and also dry at the same time?and wasnt supposed to have pickles an low n behold there was a pickle, no mustard on 75% of the burger an the last bite exploded in a godless abomination of mustardcide. Also looked like someone tried to take a bite through the wrapper. God awefull never going to this store again i will drive the extra 5miles to go to the next store. And omg the fries were definitely floaters last of the batch sitting out for over 10min tasted like straight chemicals (dirty frier NOT CLEANED for sure)

I FREQUENTLY order through my app, click that I am there and have my mom pick it up for me. It has never been a problem before until today. They took my money refused to give her my order. She showed proof of purchase, and the receipt. Needless to say I will be going out of my way for not on instead of to the closest McDonald's because they are thieves! And I better get my money back. I will be calling corporate tomorrow!!!
