I went for breakfast there this morning and I was trying to use my mobile code and for some reason the app was running slow and I left the drive through attendant no and he was upset and told me to hurry up with my order and then started sighing and told me it wasn't his fault that I didn't know what I wanted to order he was the only one that was working so I needed to get out of line and then when I proceeded to go to the window he had told me that I figure out what I wanted to order and I told him and then I was giving him the code that I wanted to use for my coffee and I said is there a manager I can speak with and he said no I'm the only one that's working here and clearly I seen other people working so then I told them that wasn't customer service like and he threw my debit card back at me and told me to take my order somewhere else he wasn't catching me out and told me to leave and lock the window I have never seen this gentleman before and since I've been at the hospital at IU Methodist Hospital I have been at that McDonald's a few times and never was treated so poorly like I was treated today buy that gentleman I will never go to that McDonald's ever again that gentleman needs to be retrained in customer service or needs not to work there anymore.

We stopped by this location on a hot day, and my kids and I were in the mood for something cold. We ordered through the drive-thru: four Hot Fudge Sundaes and one Vanilla Cone. The service was quick, the ice cream was great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this location!

This place should be ashamed to call themselves McDonalds. The fish o filet was old and saggy. The cheese was barely melted. I just spent $30 and threw out most of the food. Disgusting!!

PARAMEDIC here, I placed an order at 630 am for pick up my team and I arrived atthe store at 6:45-6:50am. Only to be met with locked doors we were in an ambulance meaning we were not able to fit through the drive thru. There were two employees sitting at a table by the door I pointed to my phone and the Hispanic male employee literallY shooed my colleagues and I away. I then pointed to the truck to advise we would not fit through the drive through and he literally shrugged his shoulders at us and WALKED AWAY ! my colleagues had to stand out in the rain in 32 degree weather for almost 5 minutes to wait for someone to come to the window so we could obtain our food I could see from the window 4 employees 4 !! Just standing around completely ignoring us. if this is how this corporation treats their customers let alone health care workers I want no parts ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL

They shouldn’t be open 24 hrs drive thru because they won’t serve anyone. I ordered food through the mobile app and and to look through the drive through windows for someone.
Theres one person there and another ignoring you in the back if they won’t serve or fulfill orders they shouldn’t be open.
I can understand if they were just open for doordash orders but the other just said they were closed .
