They messed up our order and I asked for hot fries and they were barely warm. But they did fix the order when i asked then too. They were polite about it.

2 days in a row I go there and 2 days in a row they don't have the orders complete. U should always check the order screen at drive thru..and def always check your BAG! odds are very good that they don't have everything on your order in there!

Would give 0 stars if it let me. Horrible customer service barely anyone in line and still got our whole order wrong (they gave us someone elses order with much less food which probably could’ve been solved if anyone spoke to their customers.

The crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken is cut out of large random breasts, large birds eat tough, horrible quality, they should buy quality and charge for it, ill never buy a chicken product from mcdonalds again, I am a huge mcdonalds fan too

This Mcds used to be The Best McDs in Indy. Today the drive thru... is as this " just put something in the bag, your choice & Ill give you my hard earned $" BECAUSE at breakfast time thats what I got!!! not once, not twice but 3 different times (every single time i stop there - I've FINALLY learned this Mcds will NOT give you what you asked "language barrier??" So I go inside the 2nd & 3rd time to get my order fixed & NEITHER TIME did they fix it° only got worse... they send me off saying they fixed it w/handing me the bag... w/the Wrong Bagel & took creamers out of the bag & soo off to work with an order i did not request, then cold coffee, no creamer & the lady says i didn't 'Not' tell her to not take the creamer out of the bag!! Is she serious?? Why should i tell her DONT TAKE THE CREAMERS AWAY!! WHY WOULD YOU TAKE THEM OUT??? Saying im rude because i call to tell her what happened.Just be quiet take what THEY give you & don't request them to correct it. They don't have to listen to you. You get what you get ? & i hope to goodness they dont get by with this for too long... mcds please get your workers straight with how to service customers Please & Thank You.

This McDonald's usually stays pretty consistent. The food is always fresh. Maybe once or twice it wasn't. But it wasn't so bad that I didn't want to eat it.
Did a mobile order and waited 10mins to get a coffee. Won't do this at this McDonald's again.

today was the anniversary of my transgender pet hamster's death. they/them died 14 years ago, and they/them loved ice cream. at any rate, enough about that. i'm still sad and don't want to talk about it. so, just back off, okay!? i went to mcdonards to get a mcfurry (against my will - i wanted dairy queen) and guess what. they only got two flavors and they ain't even mix that shiz up in there. you gotta mix it yourself. dairy queen would never have done this to me. dairy queen would've mixed that blizzard harder than i am when i watch anime. 0/5 stars.
