Just not as fast as they used to be and the food is always cold. I've been there 3 times in the past month. And every time my food was cold, I hate cold fries.

I ordered a McDeal with the Double cheeseburger no onions. I ordered through the app. Tell me why they purposely put onions on top, bottom and in between the two patties with the cheese. Not only did they do this, I was waiting for like 7 minutes in spot 1 for this meal. It should be against the law for them to make you pull up and wait. I remember when they had a time limit to prepare orders. Don’t go to this place if you’re really expecting good service and hot fresh McDonald’s. The location makes you think it’s going to be good. It’s not.

Didn't get any of our food right. And of course the ice cream machine didn't work. Had to go back twice to get a sandwich right....
They always have my order ready and its always been correct. They rarelt run out of spmething you e ordered on the mobile app unlole a lot of other mcds do ans thrn tell you at the window after youve already paid. And this mcds is fast compared to some. My fav mcds in indy! I dont know anyone qho works there and im not a paod reviewer, just my experiences with them have always been amazing! 71st st indy

They will screw up your order and never answer the phone and won't give refunds .... they had me waiting 15 minutes and gave me my order with 6 sandwiches and nuggets and left my fries out then when I kept calling they never answered. I won't go back for water Nevertheless food
They gave me the wrong sandwich again, but I'm used to it, because they can't read English. The work order receipt listed the correct sandwich,so always check your food before you leave.

This McDonald's location is amazing. The employees are all happy and laughing and enjoying being here. The manager Noah was awesome and helped me out when I tried to buy just the Happy meal toys to collect all of the 9 Yugioh Helly Kitty collection. Got my Dark Magician Girl and Winged Dragon of Ra.
