I've held off for a while to post a review here as we visit often, so this isn't a one time visit review. In short, this particular MCD I'd likely recommend avoiding. The communication limitations and language barriers is bad, from placing an order all the way to check out. Getting what you paid for is close to 50/50 lately... and the worst is they will ask you to pull into one of their wait spots for almost EVERY order. This results in you sitting there for WAY longer than necessary, often resulting in the need to walk in to find out where your food is! Just avoid it... the MCD at 116th and 31 is a lot better... that's where we're taking our business from here on.

Guy at window didn't speak any English at all...once we got my order straight, I got my food and left. Found out as I was driving, he still left 2 honey mustard sauces on my order that I never wanted and I paid for it of course. The worst part was the charcoal black burnt buns on my overcooked chicken. I actually tried to eat little because I was on the highway now, super hungry and in a hurry. Absolute worst nasty freakn sandwich i ever ate. This place represents why I am so close to never eating fast food again....nobody cares about customer service any more, or making food edible., especially at these restaurants that know a few bad reviews ain't gonna stop them! SMH....SAD....JUNK

What's the point of using the mobile app if the food isn't even ready when you get there and they Park you? Totally worthless!
Just not as fast as they used to be and the food is always cold. I've been there 3 times in the past month. And every time my food was cold, I hate cold fries.

I ordered a McDeal with the Double cheeseburger no onions. I ordered through the app. Tell me why they purposely put onions on top, bottom and in between the two patties with the cheese. Not only did they do this, I was waiting for like 7 minutes in spot 1 for this meal. It should be against the law for them to make you pull up and wait. I remember when they had a time limit to prepare orders. Don’t go to this place if you’re really expecting good service and hot fresh McDonald’s. The location makes you think it’s going to be good. It’s not.
