I've been to this location 3 times in 2 weeks. Order was messed up all 3 times cold french fries, all 3 times ordered a Chicken Sandwich with cheese and receive a sandwich with no chicken Patty. You ask to speak speak with a district manager. And they will not let you speak to anyone. So it doesn't do any good to make a complaint?

Had to ask for plastic ware to eat my breakfast didn’t get any butter or syrup for my pancakes didn’t get the salsa for my burritos. I had to ask for everything for my breakfast. They forgot my hash browns also. I was very disappointed.

Not sure what is going on with McDonald's in general and this restaurant in particular. They keep it freezing in here. 30 degrees outside and I have cold air blowing. The double cheese burgers had meat so dry and overcooked it was not edible. Fries were cold. Ordered a hot fudge Sunday for the first time in a while, 3 dollars now and they cut the size in half. I am done.

It just took me 15 minutes to pick up a mobile order in the drive-thru. The lady handed me a sandwich and closed the window, and eventually, when I didn't move, she opened the window and just stared at me. I asked for my coffee, then had to specify what it was, and she found it on the counter and handed it to me without a word, then shut the window again. Double check your orders, and don't expect any courtesy here.

I recently visited McDonald's (at W 96th st and Michigan Road) and would like to share my experience with the customer service I received. Unfortunately, the drive thru cashier’s attitude was not as welcoming or professional as I have come to expect from McDonald's. The interaction was somewhat unpleasant due to their lack of enthusiasm and courtesy. I believe that good customer service is key to a satisfying experience at any McDonald's restaurant. I hope this feedback is seen as constructive, as I think improving customer interactions could greatly enhance the overall atmosphere and customer satisfaction at this location.
