friends and i went inside and ordered on the kiosk and it took an hour to get food :( bickering amongst staff and with customers which made the wait even more unbearable. they did not even start the order until after multiple staff members checked our receipt and one of them finally took it back and started the order at the one hour moment. during this wait, we witnessed multiple customers have the same issue with getting their order and having missing items. staff move with hardly any urgency and this has been an issue every time i come here.

If you’ve got an hour to wait for your food it’s fine. Me and my friend who selected dine in got our orders in an okay time, but my other friend who ordered to go wasn’t so lucky. We could hear employees arguing back and forth. I witnessed an employee argue with a customer as well. Some people got the wrong order or a missing item but decided to leave because they were there upwards of an hour. This is not the first time I’ve experienced snail pace service from this location.

Every time we go, they are so disrespectful specially towards Hispanics. When you try to call, they won’t answer. Always forgets items then gets angry when you correct them.

Refused to make my order when i ordered through their own McDonald's app. Called it a scam order but still took my money and charged my account. Called the help line and they advised that i need to call back. Absolutely worst experience for a McDonald's and even worse experience from customer service. Go to Chick-fil-A

Be careful. You might not get your delivery order. Multiple times, my delivery driver said that they “don’t have your food.” For some odd reason. And had to cancel their assignment. Had to cancel my order like 3 times. I don’t order delivery from here anymore. I recommend the same.

Websight said open. Went to the door . Was just about attacked by the manger? Websight says 24 hours. I would like a response back from the owner of this McDonald’s.

I placed my breakfast mobile order at 10:19 and when and pick up the order and they cancel my order once I arrived there to pick it up. This place sucks don’t go here

Do everything you can to avoid this McDonald’s. However long you think you’ll be here- triple it. This is the slowest moving McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced on multiple occasions. At least they’re consistent
