Honestly, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to even worse than the ones on E. Washington St. If you know you know. Every time I come here I have a problem either they mess the order up or they’re rude or I just don’t get an order. I’m done trying with this one. I’d rather drive further.

I ordered my food through the app, and they lost my order. The stupid app doesn't allow you to refund it and the workers hide in the kitchen because they know they messed up and it took them 30 minutes to find my order. Thanks to them I was late for work when I usually am early.

This is the third time I've stopped to get breakfast at this location (tbh, I think the breakfast is the only thing McDonald's is good for) and they messed it up AGAIN. The previous times I ordered through the app and tried to report a problem with my order, nobody ever gets back to you about it, no credit or refund offered. This time I order at the location and pay there, then head to work. Open my sandwich, WRONG AGAIN! My sandwich came with a folded egg instead of fried and had the cheese that I requested NOT be on it. Next time I will be going out of my way to a different location because at least I know the one on Meridian will make it right!
