I went through the drive-thru, ordered 2 #5's. Got my food and the fries were not in the bag. Asked where the fries were and was told I only ordered nuggets and drinks. I pulled out the receipt because I knew what I ordered and asked him to c)arify my order. Was assured I was rung up for 2 #5's which my order came up to $22. Looked at the receipt and it was mostly blank because the printer was messed up when I asked about my receipt. I was told I had to get back in line which was super long and then order my fries. Needless to say, I didn't get my fries because I was not getting in that line again.

Normally I would consider this McDonalds to be accurate with orders, but today they are insisting that my order of 2 McDonald's McNugget meals come with only one French fry instead of two. And they kept insisting that I ordered a Mcdouble a 4 piece nugget.

Waited 15 mins for two cheeseburgers, we’re both wrong. Went back through and waited and they still managed to mess it up again when I wanted 3 things on the burger. Highly recommend skipping out on the afternoon shift. It’s incredibly frustrating that there isn’t one English speaker to help translate.

Terrible customer service. Got an attitude because with me because I said my drink wasn't right. Asked for a southern sweet tea, and they insisted that I ordered a regular one when it said on the rescipet Southern sweet tea. Made the drink twice and still got it wrong.
This McDonalds was clean. My order was right. The staff were ok. The reason I gave it 1 star was for the six employee's kids (all under 10) who were left alone and making a racket in the dining room. I understand that childcare is expensive, but damn....
