They mess up every order and tastes horrible compared to other McDonald's. So I finally asked if they were going to offer any compensation for the continued unprofessionalism and resulting repetitive mistakes and wrong orders. The manager working at 9:46 a.m. on April 8th, 2024 what's extremely rude and completely unprofessional. This McDonald's is significantly different than any other McDonald's I've been to. Horrible service completely unprofessional and completely unattentive. I have to stop coming here it is a mistake every time.

I ordered a # 1 which was supposed to be a McMuffin with Canadian bacon egg and cheese with an orange juice. Why in the HELL can’t you employees take order correctly instead of what I ordered they gave me this I want my money back ! I was probably over charged for this too ??♀️

They do not stand by their deals. I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s. I advised I wanted to buy one get one for A dollar later to see, I was short a sandwich within the deal. I went into the store and spoke to Yolanda the manager who advised to me that there’s nothing she can do about it even made me feel as though she thought I wanted free food when that was far from the case, as I waited, my other food was cold and I was not accommodated For that, nor for them, not their offering, I had to purchase a separate sandwich As soon as I got to the car, spoke to Alyssa, who was kind and took down my complaint in that the owner Will be notified they are unprofessional, loud and trashy and a bad Representation of McDonald’s again, please referring from when lines along Because the workers and manager Are worked up and slacking!

RUN!Don’t even try to come here. They make mistakes on your orders. Then I had to repeat my order 3times. Who ever was at the window either was new and still got my order wrong. Didn’t even get a refund. And didn’t even get my food. I was told to drive around. I didn’t even try to argue. Didn’t get a receipt. But I sure will still get my refund.
