This is one of my favorite McDonalds spots. Why? Because there's hardly any issues with food and service. The service is good and fast. The management runs this place better than the other McDonalds at 38th and 82nd. They also have two screens that kids can play with. Highly recommended!

What's the point of taking a number when I order at the kiosk if nobody ever brings me my food, and I still have to walk back up to counter to get my food. You probably should just get rid of the kiosks and put people back on the counter to take orders and give out food!

they’re very stingy with thier drinks they make for you. for example my caramel milshake looked off and barely carmel drizzle, and the also the my slushies weren’t fill fully

I put the order “for here” and they gave it to me in a bag “to go” I didn’t say anything in store because they already put it in a bag instead of a tray

Walked in from Monon. Wanted to try nee chicken big mac. Ordered at kiosk. Kiosk instructed to enter table card number. There were no table cards to take. Took a table card from a different Kiosk. The table card was sticky and disgusting. The kiosk did not provide a receipt. I placed table card on table and went to wash hands. Came back out. Lady calls out order numbers but I don't have one - no receipt was given. Gentleman calls out table number later on - I had that from the table card. Seemed understaffed. Gentleman was nice though when helping - but was very busy otherwise so took some waiting to get help. Table cards were all over the restaurant and tables were not clean. No trays. No ketchup available without asking. Sprite was yellow and tasted off. Orange soda tasted off, too.
This was my yearly reminder to not eat at McDonald's. Maybe next year I try again. Chicken big mac was meh. Fries were alright. Overpriced as always.
