Had 2 mobile orders. They cancelled one for some reason im guessing it was something with the system. They made me pull to the furthest window only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. The lil manager had a bitchy tone too.

Manager blamed me, the customer, because she couldn't train her new hires adequately. She was upset I chose to not get a receipt. This was for the woman working 9/14 at around 8/9pm.
I repeated my order several times and they still got it wrong.My fries were stale too.
Usedto come here often. This place was better when people who actually cared about doing a good job worked here.

I literally laughed when I opened the box with my fish sandwich. It has miniaturized. It’s probably a good thing for big Americans to eat less but wow, that sandwich is tiny.

Just left this McDonald’s, which is typically my go to. I ordered a large Coke and a large pumpkin spice iced coffee. First off the guy taking the order has me order when I’m not even at the speaker. (i’m a whole car behind, so I’m having to scream out my window for him to take my order) He repeats it back to me and everything is correct. I go to the second window to get my order and I’m given a large black hot coffee with some pumpkin syrup in it and a large Diet Coke. When I told the worker at the window that the coffee was supposed to be iced, he just said well he rang it up hot and I would have to order another one. Absolutely ridiculous. Sadly, I didn’t realize my Coke was diet until I pulled out of the parking lot. Absolutely not going back.

I went to talk to the manager after getting my food and there being a long hair in it. I was told I have to call or bring the food back for him to do anything. No one apologized, offered me my money back, or a meal on them. He was just like you have to call or bring it back. I have not had McDonald’s in 4 years until this week and now remember why I don’t eat this crap! I will not be back.

I miss the days of physical menus. How is someone supposed to order with this?

This is one of my favorite McDonalds spots. Why? Because there's hardly any issues with food and service. The service is good and fast. The management runs this place better than the other McDonalds at 38th and 82nd. They also have two screens that kids can play with. Highly recommended!
