I work down the street from this place and stop in once or twice a week for lunch, The traffic rate is always different either I’m the only person or they are slammed. One thing that’s consistent though is the food is never made right and all the staff other than the jolly Kid who works the pay window is rude and miserable to deal with. I always get a simple menu item with an extra slice of cheese. Yet they will manage to either put no cheese or just cheese or straight up destroy this thing. It’s never just had the extra cheese. I order extra mayo and got ketchup on my mcchicken 3x in a row in the same trip to the point where they had to ask the cook if he was reading it right. They never take more than a few minutes so the speed is so complaint but they can not make anything properly. the speed is attested to the fact that you get cold ahh chicken tenders and fries. All this is from drive through experience don’t even bother going inside you won’t get your food until your next birthday. That’s if they place an order for you instead of staring at you and avoiding you at registers like they normally do. I didn’t feel like leaving a review any time before this but my final straw was stopping by this place for lunch when my day was already going bad and I was hoping they wouldn’t get it wrong this time and what do you know I get extra cheese on my item and instead of extra cheese there is no toppings at all. To top it off the tag on the wrap says extra cheese. Get it together highly displeased and never recommend people to this location yet another up the street.

I had ordered a $5.50 on my app, you cannot use gift cards on the app so I wad planning on picking up my meal and using my kids gift card to pay for her meal. I explained, somewhat poorly on my part, but corrected myself and explained im picking up an order and doing a separate order with a gift card 3 different times and finally we figured it out. Got to the first window apologized for the confusion and he looked at me funny then saw the receipt. I then explained to him again what I was doing. Paid $8 and some change on a gift card and $3 and some change on my card. I (mistakenly) did not take my receipts (yes yes shame on me) I get to the second window and try to explain what I had paid for they, of course, asked for a receipt. I explained it back with the other guy. They didnt go confirm it with him, instead, I was met with the person in the window and their manager yelling at each other and me in Spanish. Do I care about the last bit? No, what i do care about is i was trying to explain my order and what is had done, showed my bank statement and kept getting cut off, not listened to, window continously being shut in my face. I felt bad about this and was nice through the whole encounter but to be treated so poorly and so rushed. I could barely get anything out begore I was met with dirty looks and the yelling and window closing on me while talking. Shame on the manager for acting so poorly and the person at the last window. I didnt realize I would have cause such a mess and I'll never do it again and also shame on me for not taking my receipts. I hate going to McDonald's anymore.....

Went there to order breakfast and the guy at the front didn't get it right. He then proceeds to say I didn't tell him correctly which I did. One of the managers came over and went to refund the sandwiches I didn't want but close the drawer instead of giving it back. I would avoid this place at all cost. Go to another restaurant if you want breakfast or your food ordered right

I had the worse experience at the McDonald's. Had to wait for over 15 min for my meal and when I ask to speak to the manager they said they were the manager. I told her to please provide the number for cooperate she just walked away. Not to mention they didn't even give me my whole order.

Placed a mobile order prior to breakfast ending.
They refused to fulfill my order because I was 1 minute late in the drive thru due to heavy drive thru traffic. While other people were still getting breakfast.

When I got my food my large fry I had ordered was only half way full, they did not put the correct amount of fries in the box, I would consider that they do not care/pay attention to what they are doing they just want to get as many people out of there as possible. Also ordered a kids meal and asked for the extra fries instead of apple slices and they still put the apple slices in there and put less then the value kids fry holds.

Mr Justin was kind , he made sure food was hot and fresh. Wife get crazzy when its cold. His Professionalism was top amazing. It was Late night, I expected lazy people. But He was kind and did his job. If Justin there you will be tooken care of. Fresh with a smile. And he did not lie it was hot and good.

General RAAM

Rude for no reason thought it was a nice experience with. Yes, ma'am, thank you, ma'am. Have a good weekend man. But then when my food was wrong and I went back the lady up front yelled. Nope, I already gave you all your stuff and had an attitude with me when I tried showing her the receipt, then proceeded to have an attitude with all the other people she was helping too also. while I was in line waiting There was another employee talking trash about customers and saying he hated his job. I can't help but think you All deserve to be treated bad like he was saying when it is I was absolutely polite and didn't even show my anger , I can only imagine how you treat customers that actually fight back
