Never get orders right and employees rude and the daytime manager is the rudest!! If I ask for NO cheese and you put cheese on it why have an attitude with me when I had to come back 20 minutes later, get out of my car and come inside! Horrible location!

I purchased a free drink card from a fundraiser at school for Center Grove and was told that I could use this card there. The manager got really nasty with me. When I told her it says on the card it is excepted to her location.. she said that that location doesn’t do anything free and the owner of that store does not approve of any fundraisers. I will never go back to this location and that manager with the really messed up needs to work on her attitude.

Ordered 2 double quarter founders with cheese no pickle. Received 2 single quarter founders with cheese. Returned and had them remain.Then received 2 quarter founders without cheese.

Employees cannot understand English or each other. Even the Door Dash drivers had to physically show them what they were picking up. Half the time it wasnt even made.

They truly do live up to the ranking you see posted, dead last out of 15 fast food restaurants. What made it worse is they couldn't get the orders correct and the store was empty. Only 2 customers.

Mcdonalds; this purchase was made as a walking, not a delivery.

They were even screwing up those orders.

I made an online order and when my daughter got there they refused to give her our order because it was 4 minutes past 1030 (breakfast). I called the store to speak to the manager and they stated that they don't have one.I will never return and I want my money refunded.

I ordered 2 iced waters, They had me go to the first window, then the second window, just to tell me that I have to come inside. The people were really rude about it also. The service was horrible. Most of the time I spent a lot of money there. The location on US 31 didn’t give me that issue.

DO NOT ORDER through any online app. You will be guaranteed either a Wrong order, A cold order, Or an Order missing items from it. They seem to think because they are not seeing you or dealing with you in person you don't matter to them. Don't get me wrong I've had great service going to the location in person and through the drive. However, to my point, They see a order placed online that they know they won't see you, they don't give a red cents care about you. Keep that in mind. Even though i've had great service for the most part coming to the location that same service should be expected even if your not seeing you customer face to face. Fix this problem and start caring.

I went to the drivethrough and asked for a number 9 sausage biscuit and for a 5 dollar big pancake combo, and i asked if she could split those 2 into different orders and she stopped talking for 10 minutes ignoring me then i assume they forgot my order so i ask for it again then i find out they wanted to charge me with 2 number 9 and i told her that i was suppposed to have my order split into 2 and not added a whole random meal so i gave her the money paid for my food and she saying i still owe 10 more dollars, i paid for my food already and for my friends so how do i owe 10 more dollars and she was acting like i was dumb, i speak spanish and i could understand them talking about me but i ignored it, i asked her if she could just remove the number 9 from the other order and she was saying you cant remove it side eyeing me and i told her yeah u can remove an order and add the one i wanted, i tried talking to her and just kept closing the window on my face and gave out. I ended up getting taco bell instead because i dont wanna deal with 20 minutes of drivethru just for them to try n charge me for the same food twice.
