I ordered a quarter pounder with few customers around, was told to pull into the "reserve" space to wait for my food. Twenty minutes later - after watching car after car get THEIR orders - I ran out of time to wait. WARNING TO ALL! They'll take your money but you may NOT get your order! I'm done with McDonald's!!!

Drive thru was extremely rude. They were not responsive at the ordering microphone and at the window. They charged us a $1.20 surcharge on a small shake. That has never happened before. They kept refusing to explain what that was and remedy it. Not returning.A small shake should not cost over $5

If I could give no stars I would after being treated unfairly by the old lady in there this morning I have a very bad skin condition called psoriasis and she wouldn't even take my money until she put gloves on and the whole time she was taking my order she kept sighing and giving me dirty looks and it just made me feel awful I will never come here again to be treated like scum I'll go elsewhere!!!!

I stopped coming to this location because of the old lady that works mornings is not so pleasant and I am not paying her to snarl at me but after months go by I stopped in there today hoping for a change nope she's still there with a attitude the only thing that's changed is me I'm down 95 lbs because of not stopping here every day .
I made a mobile order through my phone while I was sitting in the drive-thru. Not realizing that it was a pick-up inside order. The gentleman at the pay window told me that I was able to go pick up my food at the second window after he saw my order off of my phone. I got to the second window. The woman there was extremely rude and would not hand me my food through the window. Even though it was ready. I explained to her that I have a two-year-old in the car and that I have strep throat, and she told me." I'm just doing what i'm told you have to come inside." They just put everyone in this restaurant at risk for getting strep throat for making me come inside. Any other day would have been fine, but I am extremely sick. This is why I went through the drive-thru to begin with. And to top it all off. I had to go back inside because I was missing items in my bag.
