I get off late night and stopped by this McDonald’s. I ordered my food and asked that it’s dropped fresh didn’t mind the wait. When I pulled up to the window they handed me a bag. Ummm I asked for my food fresh, that’s way too fast for fresh food. The Hispanic male supervisor insisted they were. I checked the bag before pulling off and the fries were dark and drenched with oil. I told him you had to have re-dropped those fries these are horrible. He still stuck with they are fresh. I use to work at McDonald’s and I know for a fact what fries are supposed to look like and how they cooked. I threw the food out and didn’t even ask for my money back. The night crew is horrible, day shift/evening shift way better. Please help the night crew, they just don’t care. People spend their money that they need to work there and this the treatment we get. If you don’t want to do the job you get paid to do, find another and stop pissing people off. The blk young male needs some customer care classes as well. How he speaks and takes orders is very rude. Who runs this place? Spotlight them at night. You will find out what goes on.

I went to a McDonald’s recently and had a really bad experience. First of all, the workers were super rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. No one greeted me, and when I asked a question about the menu, they just gave a short, annoyed answer. On top of that, the food took way too long. It’s supposed to be fast food, but I waited over 15 minutes for just a burger and fries, and there weren’t even that many people in line. The worst part was how dirty the place was. The floors were sticky, tables had old food on them, and the trash cans were overflowing. Even the bathroom was disgusting—there was no soap, and it smelled awful. Overall, it was just a really disappointing visit, and I don’t think I’ll be going back to that McDonald’s anytime soon.

I have visited many McDonald's restaurants in different states. I was pleasantly surprised here! Very clean. Delicious fresh coffee, not sour as usual! Fresh frying oil, no nasty aftertaste. Thanks to the staff!

Horrible service. Normally they are on top of things but not today. I went and was one of three cars in the drive thru. I order using my app. I get to the window, the worker doesn’t even ask what I got and proceeds to use my card to pay for the wrong order. I would normally understand but she didn’t even say anything to us after she did it, just walked off to get a manager and didn’t say anything to us in the next 5 minutes. After she explained what happened, me already being frustrated, went to get my food. The lady there hands me my drinks and says 2 cokes. So I specify to make sure she gave me a Diet Coke and a regular coke like I ordered. She was then about to hand me the wrong bag and then told me to wait a moment before spending 3 minutes talking to other people not even telling me she was waiting for my food. Then when we get home, both drinks were in fact regular cokes and we were missing a whole 6 count chicken nugget. The entire time there were not but 4 cars in the line. How can they manage messing up 2 different times when there is no one even there? I’m just so mad and disappointed because normally they do really well but today they weren’t.
