I need to update this because there’s one guy who works day shift at the window who is one of the best and most reliable workers I’ve ever met. We order fairly frequently and whenever he hands us our food, it’s fast, friendly, and our order is perfect every single time. He has brought this location from a 1 to a 4 star by himself. The 4* is just because he’s not there in the evenings. Give the man a raise.

I was in lane 2 at the machine for 10 minutes while they continually took the orders of lane 1 folks. I drove around and was able to wait in line and then place my order before the person behind me in lane 2 got helped.

Latest order: got 40 nuggets with a variety of dipping sauces. Got home. No sauce.

I never received my food. I was charged full price even though they canceled my order. I checked today and the money was taken out of my bank account it is no longer pending. The McDonald’s will not answer their phone.

Got a 10 piece nuggets. The Young Hispanic female handed me by bag, I asked if the bbq sauce was in there she said test. But when I checked my back she said “O , here’s your bbq sauce!”

Visited this location this evening on my way home and was appalled by the complete lack of professionalism from the staff. The cashier acted like taking my order was a personal inconvenience, rolling her eyes when I asked about menu options and responding with literal grunts. I have a hard time using the kiosk with how bad my hands shake. When I politely requested no pickles on my burger, she huffed audibly and made an exaggerated show of typing it in.
The manager was even worse - when my order came out wrong (surprise, it had pickles), they argued with me about what I had ordered instead of simply fixing it. Their attitude was dismissive and condescending, treating me like I was lying about my own order.
The entire staff seemed more interested in their personal conversations than serving customers. I watched them ignore a line of people while they chatted and laughed amongst themselves.
For a business built on fast, friendly service, this location delivers neither. The food was cold, the service was hostile, and the overall experience was frustrating. Management clearly needs to address the attitude problem here - customers deserve basic courtesy and respect, not eye rolls and arguments.
Won't be returning to this location.
