You may get everything you ordered, you may not. It is hit or miss so much so when you call in they don't even question whether or not you are or are not missing items. They know they miss items all the time. They also do not let you know when they are out of certain products you are ordering, especially kid meal toys. If I go to a place of business and order something based off the picture than I can only assume I am getting what is advertised unless told different. For some reason this is one of the only ones I go to where I order a McChicken and it is so spicy it cannot be eaten. They also usually have a sign that says ask for condiments while ordering or you will not receive any at all. I forgot to ask for ketchup one time and when I pulled up to pay they wouldn't add it and when I pulled up to retrieve the food they stated I couldn't have any bc it was requested at time the order was put in.

Order a meal on THEIR kiosk and it somehow was sent to the McDonalds 20 minutes down the road. Manager acted like that was my fault. Like how do I order in-person, on YOUR kiosk and it’s sent to the wrong location. I had a promotional coupon on the order, so if I wanted to reorder it would have been paying 3x the original price again, not that I was willing to give these jerks another dime. Go somewhere else.

The 2-star rating is solely based on customer service...have to repeat myself at the speaker box , order is constantly wrong && no matter what time of day it is or how many cars are in front of me...there's ALWAYS a wait and have to sit in the waiting spot . If you guys are gonna charge a dollar for 2 sauces, you should try to put them in the bag.... Every time I come here, I order through the app. So that way, I don't have to get my child out of the car to come in. So I can go through drive through and I always put 2 barbecue sauce on my order, and every single time they are not in the bag, I have to grab myself and my child and get out the car. What is the convenience of ordering on the app? And going through drive through, if I have to get out and come in every time... I just went again. I ordered the same thing as I always do 2 barbecue sauces. They're not in the bag. I just took the loss on the dollar because I'm not gonna continue to get my child out the car. Because yeah, you cannot remember to put 2 sauces that are on the order in the bag.. If they were free, I could care less. But you guys charge 50 cents a sauce. Do better.

This location consistently stands out as being slow, confused, and headache-inducing. 3 visits here over a 6 month period and each time it's like they have a bunch of new hires who never had a lick of training. From the second you start placing the order, confusion. Questions. Repeat yourself. Then get to the window and they gave no sauce for the nuggets and the wrong drink. Just forget this location exists lol go on up the highway to Washington St, much better service.

Ordered two Mocha Frappes. My wife and I both had difficulty drinking through our straws and then felt something foreign in our mouths. We discovered it was pieces of napkin. I fished out a glob of napkin from my cup. Returned to restaurant and got very poor response from manager. He offered to make us another frappe from the same machine. Never, never an apology!! We l
