My daughter went in to get a Mc chicken sandwich but was complaining how long it was taking. The manager said if she made another complaint that her food would be another 30minutes or more. She left without getting her food. This is unacceptable for a manager to speak to a customer.
Almost 1am and the food was great. Night crew was nice, very important for the weary traveler.

The hours are not correct. It says open at 3. I show up at 330 they tell me they wont open til 4. I wait until 4 they tell me give us 15 more mins.
First time i come here and definitely would be the last. Wasted my 1hr break waiting
Guy at the register tried to scam us and give us $6 back when we were supposed to get $12. He kept messing with the money in the drawer so kinda sketchy at first. He tried to say we gave him a $5 tip, but last time I heard, you cannot tip mc Donald’s people, they cannot take tips or ask for any.
He kept coming up to us asking if there was a problem, then asked what food we got and went to back and messed with it. Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning

My girlfriend is probably going to post this as well because she has the photo but I just went through here not even 15 minutes ago and got some stuff for me and my family and I got my usual of 2 Big Macs and a drink and one of my Big Macs didn’t even have a second patty

Says they're open at 1:30pm, no one was there after I placed an online order. Definitely wasn't open and nothing saying overwise on the drive thru menu except the empty interior. If they're going to be closed, they really need to put signage up and not waste anyone's time.

I've been to hundreds of McDonald's in my lifeThis is absolutely the fastest and the kindness that I've ever gone to but the moca machine is always brokeFor the love of God management and corporate buy this place a brand new mocha machine and quit putting Band-Aids on it

Hats off to the person who made my QPC plain, no salt, today in the afternoon.
I was fresh, hot, well cooked and the best tasting QPC I have had in the city.

This place is a joke.
They forget food for your order, then when you go back to point that out, you're told they can do nothing about it - how can I prove I didn't get something...? So then within that same visit, they...forget the food again.
Placing a mobile order? You better get there before 11:15pm. Scratch that, you better get there well before then because if they're slow, like they always are, then you'll be waiting in line beyond 11:15pm and they'll cancel your order because despite ordering in time, you can't pick up beyond that time? It doesn't make sense.
This location is run very poorly. The standards and quality are very poor. On numerous occasions they have failed. What's sad is that they're "too big to fail," because at the end of the day it's McDonald's...how many small businesses can be as bad as this and survive? None. But because it's McDonald's they get away with it.

Really the only thing bad about most fast food restaurants is the service, mainly the younger generation. Most act like we are bothering them. That in my opinion is worth more to a business is great customer service like in the old days. That's what we were taught. Now I think these managers just want any warm body to fill their positions.
