What has happened to this once wonderful fast food restaurant. You have to speak Spanish to be understood or every order is a roll of the dice

Ordered on the self service kiosk inside. That can be annoying sometimes. It was lunch rush, and very busy.
The printer did not print an order # because there was no paper.
No bother. They called our number. The food was not exactly how we ordered it. They got the overall order right, but didnt hold the onions (things like that).
Things were not as fresh and hot as I would expect for noon hour.
However, we all ate and no one was disappointed. I am glad it wasn't an allergy type thing. Just fussy eaters.

I don't know what genius thought it would be a good idea to stop mixing McFlurries AND design an open top cup for them that have toppings that fall out of the damn cup. Thanks for the toppings in my car McDonald's. Dumb!
I placed a mobile order at this location and when I went to pick it up, the store was closed due to staffing. I've tried emailing through the app to get my money back and they stated I had to call the location. When you call the store, it goes to a voicemail that is full and will not let you leave a message. I don't live in Indiana, so I'm unable to show up in person, as I was traveling when I placed the mobile order. I still have not received my $20 back that this restaurant stole. It's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I definitely would never go this McDonald's again.

Employees here are gross. Whoever the old white lady is on the morning shift should not be on cashier. I asked what was in the latte to verify the cream had no sugar added because I have health issues and she treated me like I was dumb for asking. So I just said whatever and went to go get a coffee from the gas station and I heard her loud as can be talking about the situation joking about it when I had not even said anything rude at all and thought it was a regular interaction but ig not for 60 year olds who like to gossip. I came back to say “you know I asked that for health reasons right” and she started being rude so I reciprocated that then she started throwing literal insults at me. Manager is just as stupid for enabling it and being right there just as immature
Service was slow. Had to wait to place my order. Spanish music playing loud over the speakers. Food was okay. Won't be going back.

Went to McDonald's here to get French fries for my nephew got him a happy meal got home it was missing the fries the main thing I went for tried to call got sent to a voice mail servi e which was full call back only to get hung up on 3x I will not be back to this restaurant it has gone downhill over the yrs

This happened on 11/30 between 9:00–9:25 PM. I waited for 5 minutes at the drive-thru speaker before I could even place my order. After I paid, there were no cars ahead of me. The employee told me I would get my receipt at the second window.
I then waited at the second window for 10 minutes with no communication. I began honking my horn, but I was still ignored. It took another 5 minutes before someone handed me my food, even though my order had been sitting by the window the whole time.
When the employee finally came to the window, she gave me the wrong order, had an attitude, and accused me of cutting the line, even though I absolutely did not.
Overall, the experience was terrible. My fries were completely cold, and I ended up being late to work because of how long this took. There was no communication at any point, and the employees were all gathered in the middle talking instead of helping me.
