The food was OK. It just had a little bit a burnt fries, but it was OKKid-friendliness: The kids love some McDonald’s. It’s easy to order you can order for more than one person without spending over $40 is like no eat all you don’t have to make sure that they eat every 10 minutes.

This places is poorly ran and half the employees and mangers can’t speak English in a America restaurant which makes things harder the service out side of Reggie is slow and cares less about helping people, the Spanish manger instantly gets a attitude when you try to talk to them about messed up orders. The owners of this place are worthless and careless as long as they get money. Do better

Update 03/12/24*** gave them another try, walked in to place my order and the Manager is walking around the kitchen pulling fry’s with her toddler in her arms!! I’m so confused with how this place is still in business!!Every time I’ve been here they take so long to take your order and then still manage to mess it up!! And NEVER answer the phone!! I get that your from Marshill but damn can you not prove that on a daily basis please.

Best McDonalds I have ever had! I stopped eating McDonalds 2 Years ago, because all the ones around me are no good.The food was nasty and service was no good.One on 16th & Kentucky Ave are fire ?

well they had about a month to make it right. I use to use the mobile app alot. I sent my son to pick up the counter order, like I had done all the time. They told him he couldn't pick it up inside, because it was a drive thru order. Then he waits in line to get the order. then they told him he had to be in possession of phone to get the order. I had just had a major surgery and shouldn't of been driving, but I went up there after calling to make sure my food hadn't been sitting this whole time. She assured me it hadn't. I go wait in the long line. They couldn't find my order, even though I showed it to them on my phone and the conformation email I had as well. I was assured I would not be charged, that it would fall off my account. After jumping through hoops with corporate, I am still out over $30!! Over it....

I'm SO, SO, SO excited this particular McDonald's extended their hours!!! Decatur was in desperate need of a giid McDonald's which also had great hours. And now we have that:)

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If you want McDonald's keep digging down 67. This place is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes and the line didn't move so I went in. The door was busted from a burglary which isn't their fault but at least fix it. The store was dirty and gross. I got in line and there was a guy talking to the manager about his washing machine... They couldn't take my order because he was complaining about a washing machine??? After he finally left, a kid that was obviously new was left on his own to take my order. Lazy employees standing around talking and eating instead of doing their job. Finally got my food and they didn't give me my drink so I asked for the drink. The guy yelled in the back 3 different times for the drink so I finally said "just give me the cup, I'll make it on my own". He told me " no that's ok, he'll make it" So I had to wait even more. Tea was gross, food was cold, lazy employees. Avoid at all costs.

Finally left the hospital after seeing if my son was okay. Figured we'd stop here for something to eat since we haven't ate most of the day. The whole drive through got turned away saying we can only order through Doordash.
