I actually ordered from the McDonald’s mobile app, I’ve accumulated many points from all my travels & stops to get beverages & take potty breaks because there’s always a McDonald’s nearby in my opinion. Bathrooms are clean & tidy & store was clean when picking up my food order. I used a discount I had on the app & ordered a double fish filet sandwich & an iced tea, my order was ready in no time at all & they were very nice at the counter when picking it up—this is at the location of: 6840 W Washington St., in Indianapolis, IN.

Every single time, this store messed up my order. Everytime I order, I said no cheese and onion but always got it wrong. Like what the heck!!! Check the order properly please. Just bcuz it a fast food, don’t ignore to look at the orders properly please. U get pay to do that job and we pay for the food too. Whenever i tryna tell them that they got me the wrong order, they got mad instead. It crazy people like this still be able to work.
