I came in this morning to the drive-through and I asked the girl nicely. Can I have a sausage burrito and can you make it no cheese she said yes I asked her a second time and she said yes it can be done without cheese so I went ahead and bought it when I went to the window. I just wanted to confirm the sausage burrito no cheese and they said no they cannot do no cheese Then the girl a drive-through comes to me saying that she never said that and she’s arguing with me why are you arguing with me? You had told me you can do it that’s why I ordered it. I ended up just getting a Sausage biscuit I appreciate you allowing me to do that substitution but McDonald’s should give us the opportunity to have a sausage burrito with no cheese?

I had to visit this McDonald's 4 times yesterday, due to hungry children who will only eat McDonald's French fries, and Moms who love the taste of their coke. Thank you for being fast and efficient yesterday as my wait times were very short.
don’t have a picture but went and ordered a sandwich with just bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickle and I ordered it when I was at the window and I had repeated it to them like three times thought they had it, had to wait for my sandwich when I got my sandwich. It was wrong it had a patty and cheese, never asked for cheese or patty just bacon, lettuce, tomato and pickle so I had to go in and I had to repeat my order not once not twice but abt 20 times sat there waited. They were all just looking at me asked me about my sandwich about another 10 times , then I finally started to get irritated with them and started to get on my order and they finally gave me my sandwich, i also had a big order and the rest of my food was cold because i had to wait on some slow dumbass tht don’t know how to make a simple sandwich so if you don’t want cold food or messed up food don’t go

I hate they only give 2 sauces for a 10piece & making me pull forward... I worked at DQ in 1990s we could NEVER PULL SOMEONE FORWARD.. We got wrote up.. ( lol the way the world changes...)
