If I could give zero stars I would! This is the most horrible location I’ve ever gone too! To the employees up to the food. They can and never will give you anything fresh. And have you parked for literally over 20 min waiting on “FAST FOOD”!

The food was thrown in the bag. When the employee was shown how the food was in the bag. The employee said what are we to do about it. The manager was shown how the food was presented in the bag but asked me how I wanted to solve the issue in a pushy and rushed tone. After the food was finally remade. Brought the items to my vehicle to come home and the top of my drink had a sticky red substance. And the drink is brown unsweetened tea. I had ordered the fish combo. I got hit with two small dots of mustard, literally. I had also added pickles that looked like they came off another sandwich. The sandwich was slapped together and thrown in the box. The fries were reheated. How I know they were reheated because they were darker than a lighter color fresh box of fries. I will not be back.

Slow snd ghetto!!! I placed a mobile drive thru order and was not ready when I arrived. I was asked to pull into a spot i waited for 20 minutes no one ever came so I went inside and there were several others waiting. I usually avoid this location at all cost but today I didn't feel like driving to the other location but let me say I will never come here again its horrible.

Took a little longer than normal to bring curbside and was warm could have been better experience but not bad
It's bullshit that you park ten cars in the spots meant for mobile orders and your lieing to corporate about your speed of service and Is providing horrible service in fact, when you're lying to customers and it makes it look like you're not busy so they come to you anyway, next time I'll ask how many cars you have parked in the parking lot instead of serving them at the window like you should. If I could get this place a 0 I would.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee, 2 SEB's a hash brown and a coke. They handed me the coffee and asked me to park. When they came out all they gave me was the coke. I asked for my food and he said "you had food?" I told him my order and he left to go in. Then he came back and asked for the order again. He repeated it and left again only to come back a third time to ask the order again. THEN he came back a forth time and asked for the receipt. We were almost late to work because he couldn't remember two sandwiches and a hash brown for the 30 seconds it'd take him to get back inside. 🙄
