Listen! It is so hard to be impressed by McDonald's, but I came to this one off of whim at 12:40 on Thursday evening and all three windows I pulled up to, including the drive-thru order box had amazing customer service! The gentleman that took care of me tonight were kind, prompt and had my order right!

Ordered table service from the app. They were yelling my name out to pick up food. Tables were all dirty. Customers were also yelling because they had been there waiting for their food for a while. Very hostile atmosphere inside.

Try to order a drink seeing that I didn’t get one was denied to pay for a drink at window, asked for manager the gentleman didn’t won’t to speak and then proceeded to close the window on me, I set there waiting he then grab another lady who stated she a manager name Arianna. This place needs to be shut down always has had a problem here will never come back again!

Ordered 2 Big Macs online. Busy, but both lines moved quicker than I've ever seen before, especially at that time of night. Quick and efficient, but sandwiches didn't seem very fresh.

Waited in the drive thru for an hour, ordered two mcchickens, got our food and BOTH “sandwiches” had no chicken in the McCHICKEN! We asked for “two mcchickens with light mayo and lettuce” and someone was dumb enough to think that meant we wanted to pay $5 for just light mayo and lettuce on a bun.

I believe that this McDonald’s is the worst I have been to. When I go there to get food through the drive-through, there is always someone panhandling. And after getting harassed, when I get my food, it is rarely hot or correct. The last time I ate, there was for breakfast, I got the big breakfast. I asked for eggs with cheese, and when I got my food back to the house, I realized that the cheese was melted on the sausage instead. Maybe an hour after eating this breakfast, I became very sick. I believe I got food poisoning from that sausage with cheese on it. It look like they took the sausage off of an old sandwich.I went up there two days later to let the manager know what happened, she said that she will replace it the next day. I had ordered a 10 piece nugget, a fry, and a sprite that day. When I got it, the fry container was collapsed , which made my medium fry into a small fry. And the Sprite I bought was all carbonation.I don’t know what is wrong with this location, but they definitely need help!!!!
