This is the worst McDonald’s ever the food is always cold. The milkshake is runny like chocolate milk and then they get an attitude when you request a refund. Very poor customer service. This restaurant manipulates their drive thru times by pulling every car that comes through the drive thru to spots in the parking lot. They were so desperate to get people to pull forward during today's visit that they were putting drive thru customers in curbside spots and even having them park along the curb in unnumbered spots where they can't even keep track of who is where.
Just improve your kitchen times and drive thru times will be what they are.

Everytime I go to this location something is always down. It's always something wrong with the frappe machine and I can't never order an frappe on the app because it still says it's unavailable smh!!

This place is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service i placed an order in the drive through and when i got my order it was wrong so i looked at receipt but they gave me the wrong receipt so i said hey i didn't get my hash brown not sure if u charged me or not for it but ill pay for it anyway the manager yelled at me said i never ordered stated i did she then proceeded to throw the bag at me after numerous times of telling me i was wrong and never ordered it theres so many mc Donalds out there that i wont be returning to this location and i spend a-lot every month on McDonalds great way to lose a customer

I went to this location out East on Pendleton Pike and waited 45 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and a mcdouble ordered through the kiosk and was questioned on whether I had already paid and received my order because they lost my order number in their order screen system which glitches on and off or they turn off themselves manually idk and then their kiosk inside didn’t work properly also or was out of printing paper and didn’t print out the ticket to where I had to show them my Apple wallet payment went through 30 minutes prior before I could ever get someone’s attention to help. I then waited a little longer left to take my mom home five minutes away so that she could handle her business because she doesn’t use public restrooms returned and they still didn’t have my food.Ao o got the same persons attention again and he told me they would make my food fresh and then gave me lukewarm food. Terrible, annoying experience. They have terrible customer service and I would never go back to nor recommend this location.
