This McDonalds is just nasty, they can’t get an order right at all, they should have stayed in school and learned how to read, I will never recommend this place to anyone, except to avoid going to this one, half of them can’t speak English and the other half are usually on their phones

My experience was only less than a 5 star because while I wanted to use the app to order my meals, I wanted to use a McDonald's giftcard to make my payment. The app does not appear to allow giftcard payments and the employees did not know how to pay on the app with a giftcard. How frustrating to input an entire order, get to the payment, and find myself unable to complete the process with a giftcard! 😔

Stopped by with my son to get a burger on 4/2/25 around 9:30 pm. Staff was obnoxiously rude, unprofessional and argumentative. One staff threw a happy meal at my son after we going back and forth with her about giving us the wrong food. For a minute, I thought she was going throw a coke at us. That would have resulted in a battery charge against her. So glad my 42 yr old son and I kept our composure during this incident. Those female staff spoke in Spanish and seem to enjoy being disrespectful. This type of senerio could've have had a much different ending with other less muture customers.

On a Friday morning for breakfast, I used my app with a payment card linked at breakfast at the drive through. The manager at the payment widow insisted that I owed the money at the window. After showing him the toggle with payment on, I eventually handed him the debit card. I was charged twice for my breakfast order. When I came back on a Sunday, I was told by a different manager that I should “not have payment linked in the app” and that in order to get a refund I’d have to call an 800 number.

Service was terrible. I am an African American male and when I go in to the store all of the Mexican employees turned around and ignored me. I waited and then asked hello is someone going to ask me and then the manager who was also Mexican had the nerve to turn around and refuse my service. I had a coupon for a buy one get one free sandwich and she said it would not benefit her store even though you can use the receipt at any store. I believe in treating everyone fair but when someone rubs me the wrong way for no reason it really bums me out. This happened on Saturday, January 10th at 9:20 p.m. so whoever that manager is I hope she sees this and learns to treat everybody with respect

Went to the Pendleton Pike location on the 24th and did my order through the app, even though it said it was open and the app let me order my food, nobody was at the restaurant. The worst thing is that it was open but they just decided to not give the service.
I was never able to cancel my order nor get a refund nor get my food.

If I could race is zero, it was scheduled to close at eight o'clock and I got up there at seven twenty and they were closed.It's unacceptable.And now I gotta wait 127 business days to get my refund back from the app
