This place is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service i placed an order in the drive through and when i got my order it was wrong so i looked at receipt but they gave me the wrong receipt so i said hey i didn't get my hash brown not sure if u charged me or not for it but ill pay for it anyway the manager yelled at me said i never ordered stated i did she then proceeded to throw the bag at me after numerous times of telling me i was wrong and never ordered it theres so many mc Donalds out there that i wont be returning to this location and i spend a-lot every month on McDonalds great way to lose a customer

I went to this location out East on Pendleton Pike and waited 45 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and a mcdouble ordered through the kiosk and was questioned on whether I had already paid and received my order because they lost my order number in their order screen system which glitches on and off or they turn off themselves manually idk and then their kiosk inside didn’t work properly also or was out of printing paper and didn’t print out the ticket to where I had to show them my Apple wallet payment went through 30 minutes prior before I could ever get someone’s attention to help. I then waited a little longer left to take my mom home five minutes away so that she could handle her business because she doesn’t use public restrooms returned and they still didn’t have my food.Ao o got the same persons attention again and he told me they would make my food fresh and then gave me lukewarm food. Terrible, annoying experience. They have terrible customer service and I would never go back to nor recommend this location.

Tonight I went through the drive-thru got a simple medium chocolate shake, the one manager of the short one was super nice the other manager, repeated a smart comment saying it's chocolate, I want an apology for a simple fact that when it was handed to me the color was white clearly what happened I'm assuming is they mixed the chocolate and the white and I got a vanilla shake, it tastes like a vanilla shake it's clearly white like vanilla just going to taste like a vanilla shake, I just want an apology for the simple fact that it wasn't chocolate when I asked for it it

Ordered 4pc chicken tenders meal.....order was completed with 10 chicken nuggets. Food was hot, but order was incorrect, thru drive thru.

On This day, my order got mixed up very badly, twice even after taking my food back. The cashier seem like they had no clue of how to take orders and their seem to have been mixed up with the vehicles in front of me. When I receive the correct food, the fries were hard and cold. I specifically asked not to not have salt on my fries or burger and there was still a ton of salt seems like even more salt was added to the burger and the fries. I'm not sure if this was totally done on purpose but I didn't have an issue with this location prior to this day. I'm nervous about going back now and chances are I may not go back. And then on top of that, some of the employees acted like they had attitudes as though we were bothering them. So I cannot recommend this place.
Went to go get food for my daughter, and if they forgot my pancakes and my Hash brown, and I went back and they still made me pay Full price

Stopped to get food after working all night. I told them my order 4 times. they asked is everything right on the screen and I said no. They fixed it I paid for the food, when I got home my order wasn't right. There was egg on my sandwich if I eat egg I get sick. Tried to call the store but phone has been disconnected. Don't think I'll be back there anymore.
