Even though I order on the app in the morning for pick up, I still have to wait like 5-10 minutes while they're getting it ready for me. I always go in to pick up my order at the counter, and twice it hasn't been ready. Other than the wait, the food is good, not great, and the prices are good. I appreciate the coupons in the app. There are very often BOGO deals in there and it helps keep the budget down.

Fuck this McDonalds and everybody who work here! I ordered through the mobile app at 10:30 got to the drive thru at 10:55 with six cars ahead of me but my order registered as soon as I got there. When it came to my turn I gave the order code off the app. She said my name and told me to pull up. When I got to the window she said breakfast is over we don't have your order. Mind you when you order through the app you already paid for your food. I told her mam I already paid and she just kept saying we don't have it sorry and refused to give me a receipt then told me to go to the next window. That lady told me oh it's on the inside. So I went inside and they said it's nothing here. They all started laughing like wtf this isn't funny or a joke and I had my gun on me if I was an unstable person this would have went south really quick! I mean this was so unprofessional...I'll NEVER come back to this store I will drive my ass back to 96th and Meridian location first! I had to call corporate on them because they never gave me the food I PAID for. Supposedly corporate is refunding me in 2 days (I'll believe it when I see it). NEVER SUPPORTING THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Get to the drive thru at 10:27am hit the mobile app that I'm here and they take my code ..I wait. Get told there not serving breakfast anymore and can't complete my order. Manager tells the girl only thing she can do is ring in the order again and the girl at the register says "she's not doing that that too much" if it's too just much for a person to do there job please quit and make way for someone willing to work.

This little boy was very very disrespectful. I had asked for fresh food and apparently food had already been made, however the lady was talking over my food and I did not trust it so I asked for it to be remade.This boy told me to take my food and go, caused a whole commotion and flicked me off. This was very unnecessary and feel this should be handled by corporate. I also had my 6 year old with me and the little boy was being very disrespectful!
