Many people working hard so their customers have a good experience. The food is 100% McDonald's. The $5 meal deal delivers. If you order the Limited time Hot Honey on the app, they'll give you the standard hot mustard, clarify when you get your bag and they'll hand it over. 😉

Horrible customer service the only have teenagers with nasty attitudes and then the managers don't want to do anything about it. Very terrible service and they messed up my order too

Ordered a large order. The cokes were not labeled correctly to differentiate regular from diet. One of the cokes wasn’t properly closed. And the hot mustard I ordered was also not in the bag. Very disappointing.
I order here all the time. Lately things have been getting worse. This morning my order was completely wrong and the lady at the first window how no clue what was going on. She basically said well I don’t have your mobile order so too bad until I told her to figure it out. Then the food was wrong. Manager is fantastic and super helpful but staff is not great.

I know the times are changing, but those of us who are older have difficulty even SEEING things in the kiosk. Even if you ask them, they do not take orders at the counter any more. And then the orders are not even right. We will NOT be back.

This is my 2nd time here at this McDonald's. They were super friendly and my food was served quickly
This has got to be by far one of the worst McDonald’s franchise locations I have ever stepped foot in. I did a curbside order and sat outside for no less than 30 minutes before I had to go in to retrieve my order, which took almost another 10 minutes. Plus, the food that was given to me was completely wrong. I understand if this was an isolated incident, but this is the third time at this location in the last four weeks and I will not return. Every curbside pick up slot was full, and I wasn’t the only one who waited more than a half hour to get my food.

Awful service every time I go there. Constantly waiting in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes. While the other line gets multiple people to go through. We'll get greeted through the drive-thru and then tell to hold on and then not be brought back to. Will not be returning to this location

My family got sick after eating here Christmas Eve. Stopped by drive-thru around 7:20 pm the service was very slow for hardly any customers. Now we are experiencing symptoms of food poisoning?? Never again 😩🤢
