Tried to dine in. Waited 25 minutes at cash register to pay after I stood in line and ordered on the stupid kiosk. Employees were rude as hell. McDonald’s kiosk order is a joke.

So I guess McDonald's cares more for customers in the Drive-Thru then they do customers actually in the restaurant. I could not order at the cashier because the drive-thru was busy. McDonald's should take orders at the cashier all of the time !!!!
I felt like a huge burden by walking inside. Wouldn't let me order at the counter. Told me cash only which was a lie. If you're not in a car you are ignored by the staff. Never going back.

They refuse to let me order at the counter. I went to counter because the option I wanted is not available on the Kiosk then once I was I able to order at the counter. The lady that was runnings kept walking away then rung everything up separately. I let her tell me a total for everything then I left. Let them waste food like they wasted my time. I tried calling 4 times no answer.

Apparently the counter was down. Manager with the neon vest stole and applied my coupon code and then won't let me use it on the Yugioh Hello Kitty happy meal toys and wanted to rip me off by charging me $4.99 per toy, happy meal with a you is only $3.99!?!?? Stay away.

This McDonald's is the worst, they always get ur order wrong and they lie and say they can't accept cash on a particular day, the only one that is good up there is the black guy and he tries to make up for the BS the girls there do. The next day their dining area was closed,again, losing a lot of business from big trucks that can't get thru the drive through

Came in to order and they did not acknowledge anyone in the lobby they did not greet anyone yes they have machines in the library, but they can’t even ask people what they had poor customer service !!! They us standing in front for 12 minutes looking lost

This has got to be the worst McDonald's, I ordered curbside this morning through the app placed my order at 8:59am it took 20 minutes for me to get my food and it made me 5 minutes late to work I will be going to Wendy's or Taco Bell from now on for my breakfast needs.... Always a horrible experience here...

Why bother using the app to order ahead when I could just go through drive thru. Cars that haven't even ordered when I park get their food and I'm still waiting. Had to go inside to get my curbside order. Epic failure
