Awful experience. Waited over 20 min in the drive thru line just to get cold chicken nuggets, a burger that I asked for extra stuff just coated in onion half apart. Looked like they literally took a pre made burger and a handful of onions and threw them on it. When I asked for a refund, was told that there wasn’t anything they could do because I used the app in the most rude and condescending tone and verbiage as possible. Just horrible experience. Horrible people. Horrible workers. Horrible food. Grateful though because it helped me see I shouldn’t eat that garbage food anymore.

I waited 37 minutes for my food. While people that came after us got there food. We ordered it for dine in. Went up there to tell them about the wait and the young lady was polite and said sorry. We waited another 6 minutes or so for our food and the gentleman that brought it out to is just tossed it on the table and it what missing items so I had to get up and tell them.

We were traveling by car when we stopped for gas and a sandwich. With limited options available, we decided to have McDonalds. I haven't eaten at a McDonald's for anything other than a breakfast sandwich and coffee in over 5 years. I had the worst burger in my lifetime. The coke was good. The fries at McD's once were decent. These were far from it. My wife chuckled her Chicken sandwich meal after one bite. I felt as though I had thrown my money in the fire. What a sad experience. Kudos though to the young man at the register. He was working very hard. He appeared to be the only one. In closing, sometime it's better to stay hungry.

Just left McDonald's on 38th Street with my son. We ordered two value meals, my son got a 10-piece chicken nugget meal and I got a double quarter pounder meal with bacon. Just to get back to the house and realize that I only had two sandwiches to drinks and one french fry. Plus no dipping sauce which I did pay for two for my son and we did not get. Not to mention it took 10 minutes for me to get my food in a fast food joint, I could have got my food faster in a regular restaurant. This place is trash but it's always overpacked and they're not even getting the orders correct.

Lady on the intercom was rude when I gave my mobile order and my mcflurry was only half full like someone already ate most of it.

Food was not good, buns were hardly toasted, the manager was talking on her cell phone the entire time I was in the restaurant. No one is helpful when you don't want to use the self service stations. I would say really find another McDonald's, I think the owner operator needs to spend time in this store or have someone witness what goes on. Talking on a cell phone for over 10 minutes is truly not acceptable and I would bet a personal call as well.

This McDonald's always does pretty good. Fast, friendly service. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly. Parking lot is a bit small and tight, at a very busy intersection. Restrooms were clean. Dining area was clean and tiny.
