Preface: Order from here all the time in the 8 years we have lived down the road. Service has been just ok, but management and staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Fast forward to last week, Waited 20 minutes in line after ordering on the app and when I got to the window the “manager” told me my order was cancelled. I showed her my receipt and bank statement and she still refused to help. When I told her I want this figured out she threatened to call the police on me. This is the most poorly managed McDonald’s in Indy. This week: charge did go through and had to call VIsa to dispute it and get a refund. They will steal your money and do not give a shit about you.
