I wish I could tell you more about how their food was. However, I can not. This morning at I sat in their drive through right when they opened for 10 minutes with no one attempting to take my order. Eventually, I pulled up to the window and saw a Hispanic lady. So I knocked on the window. The lady gave me a nasty look, and slowly moved out of sight. I double checked and they were in fact opened, but no one wanted to take an order. It’s extremely rare I go to McDonald’s, and this reminded my why I don’t.

I Am not a huge fan of McDonald's, so when I do eat here its usually when I'm out shopping and need a quick bite or perhaps a coffee. I ordered a snack wrap and a coffee and when I took a bite of my wrap my chicken was rock hard! The rude woman at the drive through forgot to hand me a receipt and. because I was in a bit of a crunch for time I decided I'd circle back around to get a refund after I met my friend at the store. When I did go back with food in bag, the very rude manager who refused to give her name, but was very short in height and Hispanic, told me that no she would not give me a refund and if I wanted anything else I need to pay. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!I will not eat here EVER AGAIN. I'm sick and tired of people taking these managements jobs that are are downright rude, unprofessional and mean spirited.

Shorted me food, walked in and couldn't talk to anyone because of the ordering kiosks. Literally a scam restaurant
My experience here was not bad except for two things, I paid for my food at the kiosk and did not get a receipt or confirmation, so I was confused rather not my order was complete, and I ordered a small fry, and there was hardly anything in the bag, the sack is already tiny at least put something in it. See photo.

If I could give it 0 I would. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited in my entire lifetime. First, we go inside and stood there for who knows how long waiting to have our order taken. No one ever came over, they just kept looking at us and went back to the kitchen. So we leave and go through the drive thru. When we get the food, the entire order is wrong. One of the McGriddles comes out with nothing in it. Literally, just two McGriddle cakes with no egg, cheese, etc. How do you give someone an empty sandwich?! Then the other one just has one single piece of sausage, no egg or cheese. The third sandwich was wrong too, but at least just the wrong thing, not missing all the ingredients. So we send it back and they tell us to pull up to wait for it. 15 minutes goes by, and nothing. We had to eventually go ask and they had forgotten about us. We were there for over 30 minutes dealing with all that. Would never recommend anyone go to this McDonald’s. I’ll never forget getting an empty sandwich ha.
