Not exaggerating this is probably the worst Location in the country.
Food is wrong every single time. Food is missing every single time. Mobile order. Counter. Drive thru. It doesn't matter.
I see them shuffling staff to try and fix the issues but it has been pretty consistent garbage for about a year.
Save yourself some trouble and go to literally any other burger shack or another McDees.
Yall need to close and stop stealing people's money 🫡

You get parked for absolutely everything and then forgot about for 25 minutes at 8:30 at night. When I went in to find out what’s going on they say that they were just about to run it out to us. Yeah right
Service is good when you go inside but in drive thru can’t even rate them the ones making drinks needs to pay attention to the order when you order unsweetened tea you should get that good thing I’m not diabetic more then once I have gotten the 5 lbs of suger added to gallon of tea. Gets old having to drive back and get what you ordered and they tell you 3 x its unsweetened need to put reading orders on your applications and give out test just saying.
Dietary restrictions: I haven’t had suger in 2 years I drink water and unsweetened tea only and people can’t read orders like and I get sweet tea that goes down the drain

Ordered hotcakes and sausage, asked the kids who brought food out if syrup was in bag, he said he specifically put it in the bag. Got home, no syrup. Lied directly to my face, very unprofessional. What is mcdonalds hotcakes with no syrup???

Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service. I spend $25 in ice cream up where they take your order, I pay and get my ticket and wait for my number to be called. I wait for 30 min and they come out and say that the ice cream machine is broken. Are you kidding? Not giving me a refund and saying that they told me about it when they didn’t. Everybody in that building needs to be fired.

Not very busy it took about 15 minutes to get our food. They have had food sitting at the counter for over 15 minutes and we see people just waiting on our orders. Tables are very dirty and swept. We also noticed the Dirty table when we walked in was so dirty when we left and full of food we were there for 45 minutes
