Beware! I was told that new ownership has implemented a new policy making customers pay for extra condiments. I ordered Hotcakes that came with one syrup, and was charged for one additional syrup. They should know that ONE small syrup is not enough for three whole pancakes. This policy needs to change before my coworkers and I visit again! Every time they act like they can’t get your order right something always missing then I ask to add extra sauce they don’t even put enough on there u can see it but want you to pay for it then you can never get nobody to answer the phone to save yo life it’s like they know they messed up

Stopped by a little after 5am. To my surprise the staff was friendly and ready to take my order ☺️ they provided my food quickly and I was on my way. This was my first time going to this location.

Ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal with a PLAIN CHEESEBURGER. Got home and it had onions and ketchup on it. How do you screw this up?? Had to ask for sauce for nuggets. Gave us NO NAPKINS. Fries were not cooked completely. My God, everything on the screen was correct but HUMANS couldn’t fill the order correctly? Wow.
