I was missing nuggets from my bag. I paid for btw. I said to the manager that I was missing the nuggets. He went and told the females at the back and they said “ big back” and running their mouths. Lol why hire these types of people? Plus why say Big Back if I paid for it. Next time I’ll just ask for a refund. It was today 12/06/2025 at 4:00pm. So if McD even cared, fire them all. Hiring Immature adults with no respect to people.

Without a doubt the new staff team that works night shifts is beyond … foul a gentleman came in with an order of 20 mc chickens and some other things and the cashier that was working made it a laughable scene and the cooks made a huge joke about it including the lobby customers and sad to say they all was making remarks of him being a fat ass and stuff…? The food I received was old. The fires were cold and soggy. The Double Quarter pounder was over cooked and hard. The bun on the chicken sandwich was hard as a rock. I would like my money back, the food was AWFUL! The diet coke lid was on the regular coke cup and vice versa. We had to go get other food because it was disgusting.
